This is a great place to live. When we've needed any maintenance, and that's been very little, the guys are here right away. The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. People are generally friendly here. We came from Illinois, and are happy to be here at Bondale.

Security does absolutely NOTHING in this community. If you want to make a complaint. About anything pretty much, you have to call Security. Rent office management does nothing. I don't really think they care. I won't be renewing my lease. Neighbors can't park or try to be funny and take up room so you can't park. When taking a walk all you see and smell is dog poop. Drug heads will break in your car because Security doesn't do their job.

Great affordable apartments with all the needed appliances. The only appliance it lacks is microwave. A good and safe area I’d recommend to friends.

Studios don’t have dishwashers which is stressful and was falsely advertised. But everything else has been good, the homeless issue—having random people sleeping in buildings has improved. Maintenance has been very helpful and quick when work orders are requested.

Great community people really look out for each other the grass is always cut and the shared stairwell kept clean maintenance is very quick to service the residential needs

My wife and I like it here. The neighborhood, our building neighbors are good, and the very few times we've needed maintenance, they've been more than helpful. I only gave 4 stars, because I feel like will get better here as time goes on.

It was beautiful with its hardwood floors. It was clean and bright. Any issues, are answered within a day. Theresa is a blunt, fair and kind manager.
Last weekend about 2300 that night my work phone rang, after taking a call from work, I realized I was soaked in sweat and the apartment was extremely hot, the apartment was in excess of 90 degrees. I went to the breaker box and turned the entire unit off. I contacted the Bondale Apartment Office and the answering service took down all the information. About 2330 the doorbell rang, and the repairman was here to trouble shoot the problem. Turns out the control board burnt up and shorted out turning on the heat. By 0030 the board was changed and our air conditioning was restored. I supervise over 400 Sailors and Civilian employees at the Naval Base nearby and I often hear horror stories about their land lords and how slow and non responsive they can be to tenants concerns. This is certainly not the case at Bondale Apartments. They receive my highest recommendation!
It is a pleasure to reside at Bondale Apartments. The apartment homes are quite, clean and affordable. I really appreciate the prompt and professional service I receive from Bondale. I have dealt with other apartment complexes, but living here is a pleasure because of the staff, management and great neighbors. In addition, I can't say enough about the maintenance team. They are excellent and ready to serve as needed. Whenever I call I only have to make 1 request and the maintenance work order is implemented. That is superior customer service with a smile. They may be called Bondale Apartments, but I see it as Bondale Community.
