The hot tub has been broke since July 2023 with no ETA on fix. The land lord sucks. Do Not Rent here.

When you sign a lease here you understand that it is expensive, however you expect things to run smoothly in such a high-end complex. Maintenance requests get closed without anything being fixed, gates don’t work, there’s no way to grant access to family or pet-sitters, and there is very little understanding for people who work longer hours than the office is open. Very disappointed with the value provided and will be moving when my lease is up.

We’ve been living here for the past 10 months and this property is beautiful. The amenities are lovely especially the pool area. It gives vacation vibes. The staff in the leasing office are always there to help. Kevin, Mayra and Paulina makes you feel welcomed. Luis the assistant manager and Nifa the property manager do an amazing job. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

Love this apartment complex! The entire facility is gated (gates are electronic, so while they’re easy to maneuver for us, they also provide added security I didn’t find at other complexes). The grounds are clean, quiet, and beautiful. There is ample garage parking - I’ve never had to worry about getting a great spot near my unit, regardless of the time I’ve gotten home from work. I’ve had zero issues with noise, this is probably one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever been in. The unit itself is gorgeous. No carpet, huge island I can sit 3-4 people at, stainless appliances, big beautiful bathrooms with massive tubs, dishwasher and garbage disposal, washer/dryer, quick hookups for internet and even a built in alarm system! The complex has a brand new package system by LuxerOne that makes package pickup a breeze! And finally, the staff is wonderful! I’ve moved my move in date twice, and had more than my share of little questions. They are always happy to accommodate and quick to respond! If you want luxury living in Katy, this is your place.

Been here for 3 months and I absolutely love it - the amenities are truly wonderful and every single one of the office staff are super responsive and supportive, especially Kevin and Paulina. I've not had any issues since moving in, however feel reassured that if I were to in future, they'd be quickly resolved. Cannot recommend enough.

My wife and I moved to Boardwalk lofts in June of 2022. The office team, specifically Kevin and Paulina, have been amazing. They are so friendly and are always very responsive. We've lived in 3 apartments since moving to the area and I would highly suggest living here.

I would give it 10 star if i could. From white glove maintenance to luxurious amenities and professional management and staff. I have been living in rental apartments for my entire life, and I have stayed in luxurious ones, but this by far is the BEST. Thanks to everyone working in this community, I can’t thank you enough!!

I would definitely suggest living at Boardwalk Lofts. The office staff is amazing and the facility is quiet, safe, and very clean. The gym, community areas, and pool are great. My husband and I have lived in several apartments in the Katy area but Boardwalk is far superior to the others.

We moved into Boardwalk lofts in November of 2021, almost immediately we felt we had made a mistake. This place is so poorly managed! We had mice 2 times and very little was done to rectify the situation, the hallways and grounds are not kept up, we have had damage to our vehicles, no rules are enforced. We had hoped for a high end experience, but this is not that. Apartments themselves are cheaply made with low end fixtures and appliances.

Recently moved to Katy from AL, lucky to find this new development that should just get better as they build shops and restaurants around it. Big awesome pool, clean grounds with nice landscaping, secure, a professional staff…I stopped looking and moved in. No regrets.
