It’s not to bad here ! The only thing is the parking problem and the amount of noise you can hear through the wall but other than that everything else is okay.
It was good a couple of years but now it is very hard to stay and not liking with less amenities. Parking is not available for the residents in the late nights.

Community is very good and all enmities are available to access easily. Beautiful walk view at lake side and play area is also good. We are exploring more as we came recently.

Friendly staff. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Gate app could use an upgrade. Grounds are not the cleanest, spiderweb cleaning and power washing could be more frequent.

There’s always gate issues, sometimes you have to get of your vehicle to use the app to open the gate but even that don’t work either. The way some residents leave their trash outside the trash bin.

Overall this is a great community, the area is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s in a great location. Valet trash could be better, they do a lot of checks inside apartments which is weird but they do send emails about it.

It's always hard to connect to the office. There's always no parking space. The gate is always broken. I can't pay for the account rental bbbbbb

The leasing office is a bit understaffed. I just moved in and the three times I had to visit the leasing office it's about a 15 minute wait before my concern or question can be addressed. If they just had at least one more person in the leasing office I feel like this would be much smoother. The apartments are very nice. Modern design, great location, clean community, and great amenities. Can't wait to be fully settled in and start enjoying everything the complex has to offer.

I've been living here for 3 almot 4 years now and, as always, when managment change so did the service. I did a unit transfer and recieved keys to a unclean unit. The cleaners arrived AFTER I recieve my keys. Which tells me that managment did not do a final walkthrough before I got there and I might be subject to whatever damage the previous tenant may have cost once I move out. I had to call maintenance twice to fix lifting baseboards in the closet and address a weird stain that was missed by the cleaners. I notice the laundry room was not cleaned properly because I found a kids friendship bracelet under the washer, which prompt me to move the washer and dryer around myself to see what else was miss. Then there's RIDICULOUS fees for trash being left out which they expect you to take out if the valet (you pay $25 a mo for) miss picking up your trash. Up to $250!!!! For Junk. No wonder units are being left vacant for months, the rent is too high for this mess.

I’ve been living here for over two years, and it’s been an amazing experience! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and eager to help with any concerns. The amenities could use more work from sparkling the pool up and keeping the modern gym and cozy common areas cleaner. Other than that, the property is well-maintained and safe, which gives me peace of mind.

We are paying for all the amenities, but not seeing them in the community. Missing landscaping said has to wait until next year!, trash piled up outside container, you need another container or to do something differently! Missing pool balls, TV's don't work, Can't turn on fireplace.

Move out Charges are very high. Without provide the notice, they increase the charges and they will not provide any clarify about it. Management is not at all friendly.

The trash piled up at compactor, is inviting roaches. A lot of sounds from neighbors, apartments not very sound proof. Gates coming into the neighborhood are not being closed., never received a code.
Just joined the boardwalk at mercer crossing apartment. I was joining in a hurry, but the office staffs were really kind, and I didn't have any issue coming to this apartment. So far so good, great gym and overall facility.

Process was very easy!Staff is friendly and very helpful and professional.I was worried about moving here when I saw the reviews but so far things have been very smooth.The only concern is some ppl living here are lazy and won’t take there trash to the shut instead they leave it by the trash can.If you ask me that’s pure laziness and disgusting especially since they live here.You would think they would want to keep it clean.
