Place is a joke. Apartment was NOT even finished on move-in day and it took weeks of waiting to have the rest of the work done. The carpets were cleaned the day of move in and were soaked while the movers were there tracking all the dirt from the gross hallways into the apartment. missing blinds, walls weren't painted, etc. Average work order turnaround time is a least a few weeks and once even a month. Not as issue of parts, they just don't have staff that cares. RUN from this place. Lok at the reviews posted this year alone.

Pretty average apartment. Not the worst but definitely far from the best. At current rates, I would not live here. Pros: Location Cleaning staff was great and kept the hallways very clean Cons: Tight parking - leading to hundreds of dollars of damage to my car Insecure parking- my car was broken into 4-5 times over the course of one lease term Building access is inconsistent- I’ve had to go around the building to try to find a working door to enter the building Maintenance - I’m pretty patient but over 3 months for a fix is insane Management, they messed up my application going in, took random amounts of my security deposit going out and one of the staff working there was quite rude frequently

The apartments are nice, don’t get me wrong but everything else about this place is a complete nightmare. The leasing office staff are rude & do not care about the residents at all. Good luck getting anything fixed if it breaks. If you lock yourself out of your apartment expect to pay $110 for a lock smith & get ready to spend a $105 to get a boot off your car when you’re park in your our apartment lot w a parking sticker. This place is ridiculous & the prices just keep going up. Beware.

The leasing manager has no idea how to handle an apartment building. Since I moved in almost two years ago Ive spoken to multiple residents that have said the exact same thing about our building manager. Block 32 charges less than other apartments in the area because they have to, no one wants to deal with the office for more than one lease. I would absolutely not recommend living here and cannot wait to move out.

Moving from out of state I needed to find a reasonably priced apartment fast, so landed here. At first it was good, no true issues but as I started to need assistance/answer to questions that's when everything went downhill. The lack of response from management was infuriating (power went out for a full week and when we finally received an update 4 days later it was a rude/unhelpful email asking us to stop emailing them) and still is. I've been trying to contact them in regard to move out details/charges and it's been 4 WEEKS. I guess you get what you pay for, but didn't think it'd be that hard to answer an email.
With the options available in Denver, CO, I advise you look elsewhere. Management used to be great until Nina and her staff forced all the competent people out of the Leasing Office. A simple task such as returning a phone call seems to be beyond their capabilities. In short, every task is met with conflict; way to take care of your residents who call this place home!
I love this place! Great vibes. Great staff. Great location. About a mile away from coors field and great downtown Denver fun.
