The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bishop North
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Invest your money elsewhere, with management that genuinely cares about its residents. This apartment has lost its charm and is now a disappointment in every sense. I'm very thankful to be out of this place.
We moved in thinking "Wow, this place is gorgeous and such a great location!" Don't fall for it. Here are some of the things we have had to deal with in our 6 months living here 1. Unplanned construction with jackhammers and vacuum sounds all day, 5 days a week, with no warning and no communication for how long it will take 2. Package kiosk consistently broken and unguarded. They tried to get us to pay $5 per package. 3. Someone messed with my car multiple times when we moved in, and the management team gaslit me saying that this is a safe complex and I probably had just *forgotten* that I moved my mirrors/left my gas tank open/nearly broke my windshield wipers off the car. 4. Terrible insulation, we can hear our upstairs neighbors playing Imagine Dragons and talking at 3am 5. Super cheap finishes, sloppily installed. There's paint everywhere, the ceiling fan on/off switch doesn't wo, the oven takes 30 minutes to preheat, the floors and counters already have knicks and stains with regular usage, broken lightbulbs when we arrived. 6. Food ordering app that has only crashed and not worked, even though that was one of the things advertised 7. Not enough resident parking. The free parking is almost full nearly every night past 10pm, and the complex is definitely not close to full. It will most likely force residents to park outside (if you can find a spot) or pay for parking. 8. Endless issues with the property - power outages, wasp infestations, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night on accident, water shutoffs. You would think it's a 50 year old property, not 1 year. 9. Generally incompetent management. The first 2 months we couldn't pay rent because the system wasn't set up right. We told them multiple times, but they kept saying "No it's set up right, you just need to pay it" Of course, once they realized that NOBODY could pay rent, then they paid attention. Even then, they tried to charge late fees. Between the 2 of us, we have lived in Dallas for 10 years and across 5+ different complexes. We know what the competition looks like. I have lived in a cheap apartment by Cityplace that had roaches. I would say this current complex is about on-par with that complex in terms of overall experience. The location is great, and the amenities are fine, but that's about it. I sorely regret moving here. I would caution anyone who is drawn in by the gorgeous tile, built in shelves, and location to talk to actual residents. Don't make our mistake.
I love how walkable this neighborhood is and convenient the location is to access all highways. The neighborhood is safe. Dog-friendly and family friendly. Highly recommend!
We have been at Bishop North for a while now and absolutely love it. The staff is kind and helpful and the property is beautiful! Also, location can’t be beat
Bishop north community is definitely a vibe. Beautifully built and maintained very well by the staff. The management staff is awesome and always goes above and beyond. If you’re looking to be transported to a resort every time you come home then this is definitely the place to be.
This brand new building features elegantly designed and spacious apartments, wonderful amenities, and friendly residents. Located just off of Bishop Ave, Bishop North is within walking distance to dozens of amazing restaurants and adorable shops. It’s the perfect place to live in Bishop Arts!
Great apartment complex!!! Brand new & customer service is 10/10!!! Chanel showed me the property and she’s the BEST! Great new and upcoming area!
I have been living in the Bishop Arts District for several years now and Bishop North has been my favorite place to rent! It’s a beautiful apartment and the staff is so helpful with any of my needs. My favorite amenities is the cute dog park, and the cool lounge area. It’s a really well designed apartment in such an awesome neighborhood.
Bishop North has been my home for 2 weeks now and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier to come home. The management team here is tremendous, professional, hip, and friendly. Chanele truly made the move in process as seamless as possible. The space itself isn’t finished just yet but still doesn’t take away from the overall beauty of this place. Located in Bishop Arts, i have a plethora of swanky retail shops and restaurants at my disposable within walking distance. My floor plan is extremely cozy, well thought out, and like nothing I’ve seen in Dallas. All this to say, BISHOP NORTH is the way to go!
