Only been here for a short time but so far it has been amazing! The office staff is so helpful and the maintenance staff responds to requests very timely!
Biltmore is a beautiful and nice apartment complex ! Just recently moved in , process is super easy to complete . Also they have very communicative staff !
The people in the leasing office are wonderful, Alexa helped me out in any way she could and we’re very understanding and willing to work with me.
I have REPEATED issues with the lack of hot water in my bathrooms. Work order after work order has been submitted since I moved in April 2022. Office states work order completed, I have hot water for a day and then back to BARELY warm. I know I have submitted MULTIPLE work orders FOR THE SAME DANG ISSUE! For the cost of rent (with gas and water added), I should be able to take a HOT shower everyday. This is no exaggeration...the water barely and very rarely gets hot!
i love my apartment i love that the property owners have events for us to win things i won a 49" tv and the maintenance is great their always there this is a great place to live

If u like the smell of weed and cigarette smoke in your apartment everyday move in. I dont know how I experience my apt smelling like smoke and I don’t even smoke but it been an ongoing issue that I have addressed nothing ever happens they just say they will do something and nothing ever happens.
If you’re looking for peace and comfort and a affordable living space, The Biltmore is where you should reside. The staff is excellent and friendly and will meet all your needs.

Before moving in I read reviews about the ROACH INFESTATION & was told by inspection that the complex was roach infested but now I understand. This is my first night sleeping here and I moved in last night so I only had the apartment barely two days and have seen so many roaches. The property manager Latrice assured me she seen no roaches in the Unit after having to move my unit due to the original one being infested with roaches. Bombed my apartment and still see roaches and huge ones. I walked outside to grab to something and see a huge one crawling across the wall. I will be getting a lawyer, talking to the city of Arlington and doing everything I need to do because this is ridiculous. I will even report to the news! I have a 6month old baby and refuse to live with roaches
I love living here. It's so peaceful. I don't have any worries. The security officer is friendly and walks the grounds very often. The maintenance crew is very friendly and do great work...fast. The office staff is super friendly and polite. I've been here nearly 8 years and I'm glad that I chose to stay. ?
For starters there's always a issue with the water . We've even went a entire week without hot water. There are a lot of ants and other small bugs.The neighbors do a lot of littering, its always trash and random piles of dog poop in the complex, and to make matters worse we've been having a sting of car burglaries . I haven't been here 6 months yet and Im already having a bad experience .

Its a very comfortable place to live in. Its quiet. Neighbors are always friendly. I havent had any problems out of the ordinary. The ones i had were taken care of immediately. Its not too expensive. Its definately more then your moneys worth.
This community is nice and very clean. As soon as I had a problem maintenance was their the next day. I didn’t have to wait days for a problem to be fixed which is a stress reliever for me. The manager at the front office was very welcoming. Her vibe is positive and very warming.

The buildings look rather pretty inside and out, but don't let that fool you. The first day I actually got to see my apartment was the day I got my keys. That day, with nothing even in the apartment yet, I saw roaches. I have been seeing baby ones everyday now that I've been here.

The woman who works in the leasing office is lazy she never puts in the mantinence request, you have to tell her 2-3 times. I've had roaches not many but it took a long time for pest control. The security guards are a joke. I love my apartment interior the amount of space I have I just hate that their are no washer and dryer connections. I have the loft style apartment and it's poorly insulated in the winter the downstairs is freezing causing the electric bill to be high.
This place has THE WORST maintenance help, the worst office help, and the worst "remodeling" ever! The ceiling paint began to peel 2 months after we moved in. They NEVER went to take a look at it or fix it. We left after 6 months because it was honestly not worth renewing the lease. Horrible neighborhood, horrible Neighbors, horrible office management, and horrible parking spaces.
The biltmore sits atop Collins and Brown Ave. The Small 200 unit ungated Property may be lack luster but aside from the buildings needing a fresh coat of paint the location of the property allows for privacy and luxury at a reasonable price. the units are all upgraded with new black appliances in the kitchen. The cabinets are stunningly elegant with a knob and paint upgrade. Now for the floors. Hands down the floors sold us on this apartment. dark hardwood floors in the living, kitchen, dining, and bathroom for the first floor units. The wiring is currently being fixed for all buildings and due to this AT&T denied us service until after the wiring is completed in our building. Maintenance requests are checked promptly and the maintenance man is very kind and thorough. The Biltmore is pet friendly with a reasonable deposit price. Our neighbors keep to themselves and we very very rarely hear loud music or see any mischief occurring in the area. Overall I am very happy we choose this property over a more expensive newer location.
Rent very high for no reason, foundation moves and you will get cracks in walls my front door is terrible, once it's locked it is super hard to get it open, had to ask my neighbor for help last night. If it's not locked it won't stay close. Asked to get it fixed no one came yet been almost a month. Manger never here and agent don't know too much so it's hard to get a real answer or help from her. half if the day she is not in the office anyway. If you move here its best to handle things on your own if you didn't have to deal with agents you will be fine, just buy some putty fix you own cracks !
