Biloxi Shores Apartments

Well, my wife and I have been here almost a year now, and I can honestly say I had my doubts about living here ,,because of past owners and management of this property,, but this place is managed very well and the maintenance team is top notch, any problem we have had was addressed immediately,,, and pest control and lawn care is also well taken care of too. A very nice and quiet place to live

Meth central ,outdated units, DOG poop everywhere, obnoxious staff,the epitome of SLUM LIVING, STAY AWAY,YOU'RE BEING WARNED!

literally the worst apartment I've ever lived in. roaches, meth head neighbors, stolen packages, loud drunk neighbors. every month I've lived here I've had to have maintenance come for something broken. both my toilet and my AC have flooded the floors. the tub is painted over and has been peeling from day 1 of living here. the countertops are painted and awful gray color and the caulking around the sinks is disgusting.

Brittany the office manager was awesome she really made sure the process was easy. I literally did everything online and was ready to pick up keys and move in. I love my apartment and how cozy it is. Brand new stove, fridge and microwave. These apartments have new management and have come a long way since back in the day. I’m happy I chose to live here.

I've lived here a year, I've had roaches since I moved in management is very unprofessional julie is very rude and doesnt do anything but collect her paycheck nothing will ever get fixed gang bangers all over drug deals constantly shoot outs and pedos live across the complex this place is not worth paying 1 penny for rent run away and go somewhere else!!!!!

Horrible place and staff. Gang members roam the property at night so make sure carry a gun. Not the place to raise your kids or for a single woman to be at. Constant traffic coming through the property at all hours of the night with all the drug users and dealers that live here. The maintenance will not fix anything they are more worried about getting apartments ready for the next sucker that moves in instead of fixing the apartment of the tenants that already live here. Numerous other issues with the property here but not going to spend all day listing them all

Where do I start?? Management is almost NEVER in the office, and when they are, they are rude and angry... there is only one maintenance guy and he is so overworked that they keep quitting... so nothing gets fixed. Apartments flood often, almost half have air condition problems and the bugs are atrocious. People leave trash and dog poop everywhere and nobody ever cleans up their cigarette butts. The pool is disgusting (the pool water is more green than the grass...) A lot of peoples dishwashers and garbage disposals don't work, but if you ask them to fix something, they act like you are bothering them. and the prices are ridiculously expensive for such a slum. If you have ANY other option, find somewhere else to live. (under a bridge would probably be an upgrade to Biloxi Shores Apartments.) :-(

The location is perfect, management is very friendly and attentive to my needs, and prices are very affordable. I love living here!!

Literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Management barely exists, my bathtub has had rust in it for 7 months, my bathtub has leaked for 7 months, I have had things stolen from the laundry room on two separate occasion and management will do nothing about it (even though they have security cameras), my lock on my back door was broken for three months and I had someone break in and beat up my boyfriend in that time, and the pool is always green and dirty, there are always cops here because there is always something bad happening, the bugs are gross, and there is always loud music or people on drugs or drunk screaming outside the apartment complex. This place is disgusting. It’s not even cheap to live here. Save your money and live somewhere else.
