Biloxi Oaks Apartments

Me and my partner have lived here for almost 2 years. We have had a problem with leaking from our A/C since the first year into the next. They have sent people out to check, change the A/C but still to no avail, it wasn't fixed. So, I asked for a new apartment, and I was told that I can't get one. We have water damage on some of our furniture, puddles of water are always on the floor, and I have two big holes in my walls (one in the bedroom and one in the hallway). The apartment is starting to smell like mold. I went today to speak with them at the front office, and I will admit I was a little heated because I've been dealing with this forever. She told me that they will send someone over with a new machine to fix everything and if they couldn't fix it then I could get a new place. So instead, I flat out asked for another apartment. She told me there was nonavailable. Ugh, so done with this place.

If you have complaint about anything like loud neighbors or other things nothing ever gets done. Theirs no peace queit. For what pay month it ain't worth it.

Please do not waste your time on these apartments unless you like roaches, flies gnats basically everything except bed bugs (so far). We literally have to throw out dang near everything because roaches crawled into everything possible. Management and maintenance is very rude and fixes nothing!
