In 2017, I moved to Charlotte, NC. After doing lots of online research and viewing multiple apartment complexes, I decided on Bexley at Springs Farm. From the beginning, the leasing staff was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and took me on a tour of the complex. I have been extremely happy with the community. I'm a nurse that works night shift and sleeps during the day, so I was worried that it would be too loud during the day to sleep! But honestly, I haven't had any issues. All my neighbors are very nice, and for an apartment complex, it is very quiet. The apartments are updated, and you can't beat all the upgrades for the price. Just like any apartment complex, things sometimes break. At the beginning of the summer, my AC wasn't working. I called maintenance on a Friday night...not expecting to get any repose until the next day at the earliest. To my surprise, someone called me within an hour to come out a fix it that night! The maintenance staff was always pleasant to deal with. They even provided flyers when they were renovating an apartment nearby to warn you of any excess noise that could be disruptive. Their pool area is fantastic! Always clean and quiet with plenty of space to hang with friends or alone. I have enjoyed to TV's outside and the firepit that you can use all year long!! If you're looking for a peaceful community close to shopping and plenty to do, Bexley at Springs Farm is a perfect match.

In 2016 I relocated to Charlotte from Hickory, NC. After doing lots of online research, I toured Bexley at Springs Farm. It is a beautiful complex and was close to my work at the time. The leasing staff was extremely helpful and sat with us while we looked over different floorplans, and took us on a tour of the community. A week later we moved into a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. Over the course of our lease we were very happy with the community. The apartments are virtually soundproof, and upgraded to the max! I utilized the gym almost every day, and rarely was it too packed to enjoy! Just like any apartment complex, things sometimes break and this unfortunately happened to us. There was a weekend that the A/C went out during the summer, and after calling the emergency maintenance hotline, there was someone out almost immediately to repair it. The maintenance staff was always pleasant to deal with and gave adequate notice before ever entering your home. They even provided flyers when they were renovating an apartment nearby to warn you of any excess noise that could be disruptive. Their pool area is fantastic! Always clean and quiet with plenty of space to hang with friends or alone. I moved away from this complex to enjoy the "Uptown Charlotte" experience. If you're looking for a peaceful community close to shopping and plenty to do, Bexley at Springs Farm is a perfect match.

I needed a place short term (I'm a travel nurse who only stays in one place about 3 months) and was happy to find that Bexley not only did short term leases, but they didn't jack up the price of the apartment for them. I'm in their smallest one bedroom and it's plenty of room for me and would be enough space for 2 people also. The kitchen is newly renovated and beautiful, dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. While I haven't been here long, the front office staff has been very nice and helpful. I also had a minor maintenance issue that they came by to fix the same day. I think I will really enjoy my stay here. The complex is beautiful and close to a large shopping center in a nice area.
We moved to Bexley about a year ago in hope of finding a good community to make home for a while. When we first moved in the Management was GREAT! They were always on top of things and made sure that the community was well put together. A few months ago we got all new management and all new leasing agents in the office. It has been a horrible change. The new management doesn't seem to care about the community or the residents. I have spoken with several long time residents that are just awaiting the day their lease comes due to get out of the complex. The complex is has wonderful landscaping but most of the residents that have patios on the lower lever are trashed (toys all over, clothes hanging outside, trash, etc.) it is just a horrible thing to look at everyday. I know multiple people including myself that live on the 1st floor and have problems with people above making a lot of noise, and the office doesn't seem to care about that either. There is also a problem with children gathering and playing in the parking lots around cars... They won't move when you are trying to back up and leave their toys all over the road so you can't back up. They also throw their scooters down. Which has resulted in a nice dent in the side of my SUV. I could go on and on about this community. If you are looking for a community to call home, please save yourself the trouble and find another community!
