Property Ratings at Beverwyck Gardens
As someone who has always lived in a house, my fiancé and I decided last year that it was time to move out on our own. I have always been a little worried about living in an apartment complex due to the fact that most look run down and don't have renovated appliances, but we honestly hit the jackpot. Upon viewing it for the first time, we fell in LOVE. Everything is newly renovated and it doesn't even look like an apartment. It is sleek and modern (both inside and out), which was a major plus for me! The complex is always clean and all of my neighbors are super friendly! I would 100% recommend living here to any one who asks!! There is even a little doggy area/park in the backyard which is great for animal lovers. It conveniently located smack dab in the middle of some robust food places, salons, and shopping areas. Plus, it is in a quiet little neighborhood which is a very beautiful thing for those who love the peace and quiet! I couldn't have found a more perfect first apartment or any apartment for that matter and this is why it is the greatest ever!
At 23 years old, my new fiancé and I moved in last year to our first ever apartment and let me tell you, we couldn't have picked a better place. Aside from the location being close to both of our jobs, the apartment is top notch. On call maintenance man that goes above and beyond to help if need be and the neighbors are all great. My favorite part of the entire place is the backyard which is located right behind our building. Multiple people have grills in the back (feel free to add your own of course) and a huge gated off "dog park" type area. Yes pets are allowed and most people actually have dogs that we all walk around the same time so they can play. Apartments vary from 1 to 2 bedrooms (I believe) and you are given a spot in the parking lot based on rooms (1 room= 1 spot/ 2 rooms= 2 spots) not that it matters because there always plenty of parking on the street. Apartment size is comfortable with plenty of closet space. Every apartment has built in air conditioners that do the job well in summer and the heat works as well come winter. Our particular apartment has a dishwasher equipped which is great! All and all I highly recommended this place to live.
