Residents can take advantage of paid reserved parking options, as well as free street parking—a rare find in the city. The location provides easy access to public transit, downtown Seattle, and nearby neighborhoods like Ballard and Fremont. Whether you’re commuting to work or enjoying a night out, Bertona Steps offers a peaceful home base close to everything you need. Ideal for professionals, students, or anyone seeking convenience and comfort in one of Seattle’s most connected neighborhoods, Bertona Steps delivers quiet charm and modern features. Lease term: 1 year Pet deposit $500 (no pet rent) Credit score of 680+ required Income documents proof is required. Lease contract month amount is $2250, ONE MONTH RENT FREE(First month). Only the Last month's rent and Security deposit are required. Renters pay for utilities at $105 per occupant per month. Additionally, renters are accountable for electricity separately. For more details, contact Seattle City Light. Parking is $150 per month, and the renters also need tenant insurance. We don't charge pet rent, but $500 pet deposit is required. Photos are just for display. Furniture is NOT included in the lease.

Perched on a tree-filled hill, Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most famous neighborhoods. It is named for the elegant Victorians that once dominated the landscape. Today, only a handful of the Queen Anne homes remain. As one of Seattle's largest neighborhoods, Queen Anne is often referred to in smaller sections, such as North Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne.

Extending from the north end of Downtown Seattle to Lake Union's Fremont Cut, Queen Anne changes as you travel through the neighborhood -- the end closest to downtown contains the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Key Arena. The north end is a little more residential and is home to Seattle Pacific University. Be sure to visit Kerry Park for amazing views of Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.
