I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The price they charge for the community and amenities is not worth it. Residents are met with vague answers when we ask about the pool being closed off or other amenities being available. The staff is extremely disorganized and disrespectful. They are unhelpful to problems you have and are very combative. The maintenance team is rude and unwilling to fix any issues on first ask; after a month of asking for maintenance, they finally arrive and then produce shoddy repair. The leasing agents themselves appear to be bothered when met with any problems a resident may have. Residents are met with attitude in all of its forms from the staff. The apartment itself is not appealing or meets the criteria for the monthly rent they charge. Old appliances and floor plan. Broken doors, cabinet doors, bathroom toilet. Most of the doors didn’t even shut entirely. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Wasp problem on the balcony. Too many issues for about property that claims to be luxury.
I highly recommend Benton Pointe for anyone seeking a harmonious blend of nature and modern living. The community boasts extensive open areas, providing a refreshing and spacious environment. You'll find a great selection of amenities like a pool, basketball court, dog park, and pickleball court. I’ve been living at the Benton apartments for over a year, it’s been great so far. Especially with the management and trash valet. Only down side is the pools are under maintenance a lot, especially the one near building one. But other than that it’s a great place to live.

Home is where your heart is and this place isn’t a home. There’s no heart in the management team — just thirst for more money for the owners so it will trickle down to them. Even replacement appliances are now the cheapest they can find. Keep looking if you’re considering this place. They’re all smiles and compliments until you move in then you’re only a source of income.
I advise every family to live in these apartments in Benton Point Allen for the safety of the area and the good treatment by the complex management and all its employees. The beauty of the place in everything such as the gym, swimming pools, and playgrounds is also close to the complex location from all necessary supermarkets and markets.
This place is comfortable to live in, with its services provided by the management and all the workers in the complex and the kind staff with all the residents. I recommend every family to live in this place for the safety and cleanliness of all its facilities, from playgrounds, swimming pools, and a gym, and its proximity to the public markets for our daily needs.
Lived here for 6 years this place has gone down since we moved in the recycling dumpsters through out the buildings have trash flowing out of them one has a transmission to a car sitting in a box full of oil leaking all over the ground. There's a guy that runs a car lot out of the complex taking up all the stops and a group of painters that complete rebuild there vehicles in the parking spots. There one right now missing the while front end. You can not get in touch with anyone on the phone and if you ask to speak to the manager she's never available they have the asst. Manager follow up she's nice but nothing seems to change. So either the manager doesn't exist or she just doesn't care. I'm sure there will be an AI response to this with the number and email to the complex but like I said no one answers the phone and the manager isn't ever available. Be prepared for what you get here
Very Very Happy with apartment structures, location and cooperation of Property manager, assistance manager and stuff including maintenance staff. Lovely neighbors and very good play areas, amenity and events organized by Property.

I am still very satisfied since 2015 until now 2024 in this apartment and this upscale complex that I love very much we live in it as families in safety with all the good specifications for life in general and there are means of living such as swimming pools gardens playgrounds with general cleanliness I thank God for this place God bless all the workers in it in the management because they are always very kinds

I've been so impressed with Benton Pointe so far! Our apartment was very clean when we moved in, (minus dead bugs, which means pest control was working). It's in great condition, the best apartment we've lived in! I love the little details, like the exhaust fan in the laundry closet, that just make sense. Maintenance has been amazing and the front office staff are all so nice. Best of all, we're so close to all the places we love!

Benton Pointe is an excellent apartment home complex with an outstanding community staff and maintenance team. There are great amenities, the grounds are well kept. It has advantage of being close to shopping areas. The management team with the manager are wonderful and quick in responding to any request. They organize various resident welfare activities from time to time which is full of fun.
This apartment community is probably the best family residence in the area. Best schools, amazing neighborhood, everything you need is walking distance. Has secured access to a 10 miles trail. I finished my first 15 months and renewed for another 15.. kids love the place.
I have been living in this place since 2015. I live in safety and peace. I loved this place because it is close to everything I need in life, from shopping, clean streets to exercise, walking with the sophistication of the place, its calm, beautiful views. We get houses for rent everywhere but the team that responds to our everyday issues or concerns is more important and that's the strength of Benton. It has got best maintenance service team. Even leasing staff are the best.
I love this place of residence because it has safety, cleanliness, gardens and swimming pools with an exercise hall, good maintenance, and the management team with the manager are wonderful and kind in responding to any request. Benton pointe is well maintained and peaceful community within Allen. It has advantage of being close to shopping areas. It also has advantage of giving people with its community the advantage of Allen ISD which is highly rated.
Las instalaciones siempre están impecables, solo la alberca las abren y las cierran cada rato, pero tal vez es para darle mantenimiento. Los departamentos en si son muy cómodos, el personal de oficina siempre super atentas y muy serviciales.
Been here for slightly over 2 weeks and I love the apartments.
Nothing is ever fixed on property. The 2nd pool is gross dirty . All equipment is broke . The only ever fixed is the office and the front of the property.

Bugs have been a problem for the last 6 years. The rent payment system is never correct on the day the rent is due. Moving out has been a nightmare they have given us the wrong dates and paper work 5 times now to include other people's full names and addresses. It's cheap fly-by night facilities. Grills never have gas, pools and jacuzzi is disgusting. Good luck.

I have lived here for almost 10 years after selling my home. I have a beautiful view on the green belt, no other patio's in my vision. Lovely trees, walking trail and nature.
It’s a great transitional property and very affordable compared to most. Super dog friendly, however, because of this a lot of areas are very unsanitary. The management team is really amazing and they are by far the highlight of renting here.

Benton Pointe is an excellent apartment home complex with an outstanding community staff and maintenance team. There are great amenities, the grounds are well kept, and I feel it is a safe environment for me and my dog.
I have several issues that I am unsatisfied with living here, one being the accounting system, the second is maintenance request not completed timely or completely but two positive things that I would share is the care, concern and friendliness of office staff especially Raymond and Teresa The second thing would be the safety living here. I feel very safe living here. I appreciate the community engagement. Trunk or treat, having the food trucks on ground and customer appreciation events.
I have called Benton Pointe my home for over 3 years now, and i have loved being here with my family. I feel safe, cared for, and heard. I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments, and recommend them to everyone!
