The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Woodlyn Apartment Homes
The security is okay and the condition of the appartment is fantastic
Already have recommended to a friend. Comfortable living at an affordable price.
I really like the apt set up but I would have to tell friends about the flood situation there before I could recommend those apts to anyone. I truly hope that the water problem there will be fixed !!
Depends on if I want that person as me neighbor
I would recommend for convenience and the neighborhood is quiet. I would not recommend the community the apartments are too outdated. Old cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, old appliances, the buildings are old no hardwood floors. The parking lot has damage that has yet to be fixed. The back fence is an eye sore it hasn't been repaired in months, I am a resident and my car was towed because my temp tag issued by the office was out by 2 days. I asked the office and I got an oh well as if I don't live here. As a single parent with only one car and trying to work on one income that hits hard financially. The lack of care was a red flag.
I would because i feel like my apartment is my home and staff is very kind and property looks nice...

Hello Resident, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Our team here strives daily to maintain excellent customer service and pleased to see that we are executing that for you. Thank you for helping make Bent Creek such a great community!
I love the community in general just feel the whole place needs an electrical overhaul. Older property so cable/telecom wiring as well as appliances (a/c unit, oven/stove) need to be updated to accommodate upgraded services. Small space for w/d units to fit. The new paint job was a good start but should keep going to upgrade/update community
I would recommend this property because of the personnel. Anju was absolutely Awesome!!! She is a joy and is very professional and personable.
The area where I live is clean and a great location to alot of businesses and stores and not far from work.
YES
The appliances really need upgrades and the sheet rock is soft and bulging around pipes and where water is. The door hinges are stripped.
Please do not move here they show an apartment that they say is ready and move you into one that is infested with roaches, and falling apart. Then once you are bound by lease they charge you to either move out or move into another apartment that has the same issues' It is unhealthy and not safe. I have complained to them for almost a year about the roaches, and other things that need to be fixed. They don't care and the price for the apartments are too expensive for the living conditions. There are rats, termites and an abundance of trash that piles up. Also, there is prostitution that goes on in the parking lot. I have also shared this them. My suggestion is to look another place to live, the outside looks pretty but once you move in you will see that it is a dump.

I would recommend this apartment complex for any reason, OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT MY BOYFRIENDS CAR GOT TOWED. WE HAD TO PAY $160.00 And the Office Manager did nothing but catch an attitude!!
The management team is great and if any requests are placed they are handled in a very timely manner. It's a quiet, peaceful place to live as well.
I am on disability and can't work so I would like to see my rent stay the same from year to year
Apt's are in a quiet area, yet near the main roads & easy Highway access. Schools, Restaurants, Shopping stripes not to far driving distance. close to Downtown McKinney which has a Unique feel to it. These Apt's are good for people want to save money, or someone new in town, wanting to get a feel for the area before finding a good place.
