Property Ratings at Bellemont Gardens
The property manager is only here part time and is very difficult to get in touch with when needed. Not just since the pandemic. The office has been totally closed since the beginning and still is. A note on the office door says to notify by phone or computer. Even during business hours when you call the answering service picks up and does not reach manager. ( note this is when manager has visible seen going into office). There is a ditch that runs along the back of the property that has not been maintained and floods with hard rains. Apartments have flooded and management does minimal cleaning and does not remove carpets or replace.

This is no smoking property. It has ground floor. My hobby is plants. A peaceful, neat, and clean place. I would be blessed to live here.
