Property Ratings at Bellbrook Townhomes
Maintenance put a hole in our ceiling after we discovered a leak and mold. Neglected the hole with wet insulation and ignored our complaints about humidity until mold actually grew on our stuff. They never did accept responsibility. The building was brand new when we were there. Do not live here.
