Even though all we did was tour this apartment, we got a good sense of what it would feel like to love there. Emma was extremely courteous and patient with us during our search. If only the apartments you had available came with balconies :(
They’re so kind, attentive and make the move in process so easy! The amenities are beautiful and the apartment complex itself is gorgeous.
I just signed my lease and I couldn’t be more excited. A wonderful community, clean apartments, amazing staff, and a great value for luxury living.
The staff is rude and talked to us like we were idiots, they charge you for absolutely every thing. We got basically none of our deposit back because of small things that should not be charged for. THERES ALSO ROACHES. We lived here for 1 year and saw roaches every single day in our kitchen. We had pest control come multiple times and it did not help. You could not pay me to renew here. Absolutely ridiculous.
Super amazing place, leasing consultant is super sweet and super helpful, and the manager was incredibly helpful. I have not seen such a clean and beautiful apartments before like here.
The people here are so friendly and always answer the phone. They work around your schedule and are very personable. They also work very well as a team together and it’s evident that they offer strong support for the tenants. Their apartments are very crisp and clean and modern. I highly recommend! Give Emma a call, she’s great!
I lived here for a little over a year and I loved it. Really quiet, safe area. Close to downtown. Inside is spacious and great hardwood floors and new appliances. The pool is really nice too. The staff is amazing!!
We just moved to the Dallas area this week and was in need of a quick move in. BellaVeux staff was so accommodating and friendly and got us moved in within 2 days. Staff is wonderful and truly cares about their residents. So glad that we stumbled upon them while driving around.
Very nice, great value apartments. The building layout is convenient with easy access to food and a nearby park which tends to be lively. The best part of this place is the staff. They are highly attentive caring people who make you feel home. So happy I landed here.

I toured a 2bd/2ba and was very impressed. I love the fact that it is a boutique apartment community and that it’s so close to shopping and dining. The best part of this apartment complex is the staff. Both Emma and the manager worked quickly and diligently to ensure I was able to get into my apartment within the lease special expiration time (that was ending the day after I applied). They are great and will help you with anything you need!

BellaVeux apartments were nice and clean. Management was friendly, helpful and very communicative if there was any news that would affect the community. I only had one work order, and it was performed in a timely fashion. I thought it was also pretty affordable with the signup offer I used.
I love the property, and it is on the very top of our list, despite it being at the top of our budget! Me and me partner met up with Emma, who was an awesome tour guide, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I also met Gary(I hope I remembered his name correctly) the maintenance man! I love that it’s a small complex and everyone knows everyone! We haven’t finalized our decision yet, but this complex seems like a great place to call home.
I toured a one bed one bath at BellaVeux 7/2019 and loved this little home! It is a unique find in its attention to detail and welcoming/family atmosphere from the staff! I had to go another direction with my housing but would truly recommend considering this complex if you are planning a move in Dallas!
