I would recommend it because of the personnel and the up keep If the grounds were well maintained. When something needed fixing I the apt it was always in good time and friendly person
I loved the staff and the community. Whenever I had a problem maintenence was there quick.
Good atmosphere, grounds are always kept clean and the staff is always willing to help. Having a washer and dryer in our unit is a big plus.
Parking rules not enforced here. Lots of vehicles with expired or no tags parked on property. I have a tough time finding parking due to this problem.

Was a great value overall and the staff and maintenance team were always so friendly and responsive. The studios definitely lacked some of the amenities I preferred, such as central air/heat and an in unit washer/dryer, but I believe the one and two bedrooms offer more than what the studios had so I would still recommend those floorplans.
The Studio unit does not have in-unit washer and dryer which is a must personally
The only thing the square feet is little small and rent is a bit high.
I like the security gate. It helps us to feel alil safer. The staff are amazing and always willing to help. Rent is reasonable. So that in itself is why I would definitely recommend this community.
I would recommend it since it is a gated community. Safety is first in my book

The entire staff at this community is friendly and always so very helpful. They really care about the residents there
I feel at home here. Any problems I have had during my 30 years have been handled by the Super Staff and Maintenance crew.
The maintenance is done easily and quickly and on time and maintenance guys are kind and professional.
I feel safe living here. whenever i have maintenance tenancy problems they are taken care of within a day and the maintenance person, Tony, fixed the problem very fast and is courteous and helpful.

Great location, places near a major intersection and convenient bus routes and light rail stops.
I think it's a very nice place to live and everyone is really friendly! I feel safe here and my cats seem to like it too. Also I love that everyone in the community seems to care about keeping things clean and nice looking. Also the maintenance crew are all very nice and helpful. There are a few things i personally would think make this place a bit better 1. Fix/close the front gate at least at night.we pay to live in a gated community and I thought that was the case when I moved in so i have been kinda disappointed about that(I have a crazy ex who I'm going threw a divorce with and he constantly stalks and harasses me) 2.I dont know if it's just my apartment but the piping is horrible the toilets clog beyond easy and the shower takes forever to drain 3.i cant get my shower and bath Fossett to not spray at the same time. I dont know if it is I just cant figure out how it works or if it is broken.lol 4.the wood stairs walking up to my apartment are going to be death trap soon, some of them are loose and wobbly and there Is one or two that is so worn down on the edges that me and. My 5 yr old daughter slip on them all the time or we catch the back of our heels on them and get splinters. 5.I know there is probably nothing that can be done about this one but my creaky ceiling!!!!! I can hear litteraly every foot step the people above me make and they litteraly walk in and out of there room on top of my room at least 50 times a night it sounds like they can fall threw the floor on top of me at any minute and I'm being serious it's that loud. Besides these things I love it here so far! I'm sorry if I'm being ok nit picky but I feel if these things are fixed or changed it would make this place a 5 star place instead of a 3-4 star place.
The office staff are great. Its is the price of renting which would question my recommendation.
Parking difficulties at night time. Many times there no spaces available.
I love the environment, quiet and clean, maintenance always responded to the request.
The complex is well taken care of. The maintenance is good inside and out.

Had my rent set to autopay with the money in my account, they didn't take it out and then blamed me and charged me $100+ in late fees that they refused to waive despite it being their fault. Manager laughed in my face.

My maintenance requests have always been taken care of in a very timely manner which has not been the case with other rentals I've had. It is nice to know Bella Terra lives up to being a good place to live.
I would recommend it because it's clean in a good neighborhood and I can afford it
I would recommend to have a small storage and provide at least few of each vulnerable item available in case of any damage occurrence, then neither technician nor us must wait till it's ordered
The reason I needed an additional lock put on my door is because I had teenagers who were out on the basketball court at 1 am try to come into my apartment so no. I do not recommend this community for the one simple fact that the basketball court brings nothing but trouble. I live right next to it and have balls consistently hit my window at all hours and there are screaming unsupervised kids out on the playground who litter and devalue this property every day. I feel like I live at a daycare center.
I reccomend this apartment community for its value. The office staff and maintenance workers are why I like living here.

recomiendo que es un espacio agradable y no es monotono me gusta la naturaleza y la diversidad de beneficios en la posicion en que se encuentra. mejoraria con campañas a los vecinos en cuanto a temas de aseo, limpieza y orden. no aprecian el valor de tener una mascota, las areas que compartimos debemos mantenerlas limpias si nuestra mascota tiene sus necesidades en las zonas externas a nuestras viviendas es recomendable llevar bolsas plasticas para que uno mismo como dueño deje limpio en aseo y orden lo que nuestras mascotas hacen. las bebidas son inconveniente dejan los plasticos , latas y bolsas regadas sabiendo donde estan los depositos para basuras. evitar hacer reparaciones mecanicas en los espacios de parqueo, no se tiene la precausion y las grasas, aceites y combustible deterioran el piso y permanece sucio en la zona de parqueos.
I would recommend this apartment community because the location is perfect and offers my options of transportation. I love the location because it's convenient for me to get around Aurora and Denver with ease.
Maintenance was conducted very quickly and the personnel are professional and friendly!

Maintenance crew are an awesome group of guys. Friendly and concerned with any problems I have.
It?s a good area, rent is a little pricey not as nice for the price we pay.
OMG are these people who live here blind! The gate is not only broken but someone on several occassions have actually cut the gate completely open like there is a huge hole in the gate omg lol. The people who live here look like they literally just walked out of prison I have seen M13 gang members here with their gang tattoos on their entire face!!!! People fighting loud bass music all the time its like who the heck listens to bass music past 1990!!!! lol The police are here very other day!!!!! I see people being arrested all the time!!!! There is litter everywhere all the time!!! Dog poop everywhere and trash everywher especially empy liquor bottles all over the place!!!! lol Wild, unruly kids running wild vandalising cars etc.etc. completely disrespectful because they have low life parents!!!! This place is an absolute dump!!!!! This is a place for people who have problems obvioulsy!!!! Run and get out as soon as you can. Not a safe neighborhood AT ALL are you kidding me there is a shooting and burgalry every other day just look at the police crime statistics. Its a horrible place to live!!!!!

Been reading some really negative reviews, but I love these apartments convintly close to all kinds of stores, not to bad of a neighborhood. The gates break down a lot but it's because of how many cars go in and out. I don't have a problem with that I feel pretty safe. Very clean no pest or bed bugs which I Love! If you want your patio clean clean it yourselves it is your patio. The gym doesn't have much but still good. Staff is very friendly and helpful I love these apartments and will be sad to leave if we get a house next year!
I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex due too much smoking pot which is sad when you have kids who cant even play in their own balcony due to the second hand smoking exposure
I have lived here a very long time and it is a nice place for the money without major problems.
The maintenance man was quick to call me back after hours and was able to come by and fix the problem within 15 minutes. He was also very friendly
The price verses the size of the appartment, that has no storage place. Otherwise, it's a nice community w/in the area it's located at
The only negative is the lack of storage. Tiny kitchen, no coat closet or groom closet, master bedroom is smaller than guest room in terms of fitting a king bed. Anyone who needs space and storage wouldn't like it here.
