I would give zero stars if i could. Just moved into our 3 bedroom supposedly luxury apartment that we pay an awful lot for. As I’m writing the review it’s officially been 5 days us living here and everyday has been more miserable than the last. We have downstairs neighbors with a sound system that blast bass all day long you feel the vibrations your wall shakes and i can hear exactly what they’re watching! We let management know immediately and i truly believe they could care less. For the amount of money we pay this problem should been addressed the first day but here we are day 5.

The best place to live in Rohnert Park the staff the amenities the apartments all far above the rest feels like home here.
I have lived here for over five years now. Great community and fairly safe area. Staff is quite nice and professional, as well as helpful. I love the closeness of shopping and other amenities nearby.

I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent place to live, to come here at Bell Rohnert Park. It is very Family and Pet orientated. The Apartments are great and has everything I need. Management ( Claire) is an awesome Manager and I feel that is very important when looking for a place to live. She is understanding, personable and very easy to talk with about any issues you may have. Maintenance ( Edwin) is very personable. You can rest assure that Edwin can fix anything and He is very knowledgeable. He is very prompt. They both make living here awesome and I wouldn't want to continue living here without them. They help make our Community a team. The location of Bell Rohnert Park is very great. We have everything we need around us. ( Groceries, Gas Stations, Freeway, and Great Restaraunts.) The Amenities are also great. We have a beautiful pool, Gym. Our mail and packages are secure. This is the greatest place to live. I would recommend living here to everyone.

Living at Bell Rohnert Park is akin to living at a resort. The grounds are immaculate, and the service is friendly, professional and efficient.
I would recommend to anyone to come and live here at Bell Rohnert Park. It is close to everything ( Safeway, Raleys, Fast Food, Olive Garden) so many more. The freeway accessible quickly. The Apartments are great and has everything you need to live nicely (washer, dryer in side our units). Bell of Rohnert Park is family and pet orientated. The price is very reasonable for what you receive her at Bell Rohnert Park. The Management (Claire, Reilly, and Kieran) are awesome. They are understanding and they are always there when you need them.I couldn't ask for better or excellent Management. It's not just the area and apartment you look at when renting but the Management, and the Management here have gone beyond my expectations. They make living here enjoyable. We have awesome amenities. I have lived here close to 5 years. I love it here. The Management is awesome, excellent and an asset to our Community ( Claire, Reilly, and Kieran). I can always count on them and they are always there when I call or need assistance. Claire is always professional, personable, and an awesome person. They are one of the reasons why I continue to love living here. Bell Rohnert Park is an excellent place to live. It is family and pet orientated. The Management and Maintenance Team is awesome. Any issues that we may have is always handled promptly and efficiently. We have great amenities such as an excellent and clean pool area, gym is awesome. I love the way it's quiet and very clean here. The apartments are very nice and homey. I love living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Beautiful luxury apartment complex with an amazing leasing office staff.
This is a good complex to live in! Very expensive but if you can afford it, nice apartments inside, great maintenance team that is very responsive, and management does listen to your concerns and takes action, when necessary. Residents are usually polite and nice as well. I'd be staying on if the rent was not so high.

I have loved every moment that I’ve been living in this community so far. Lease renewal is coming up and I’m very excited to call Bell Rohnert Park home for another year! Claire and the admin team are always so pleasant and accommodating. And the maintenance crew does amazing work and are always friendly when they have to drop in for a work order. Best community I’ve lived in by far.

Please don’t live here. If you value your safety, time, energy, and home, don’t do it. You will move into a dirty apartment that has not even been walked through. You’ll be blamed for the state of the apartment. You’ll be lied to by the community manager, then ignored. She’ll ignore your emails until 1 minute until her work day is over. The staff is incompetent. The maintenance staff don’t know what they are doing and will have to come back over and over to fix the things they break when they first came to fix things. Please avoid this place at all costs.
Best place I've ever lived!! The office staff always remembers my name and my unit number and is always happy to see me. Maintenance is trustworthy and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the work they are doing send answer all my questions. My neighbors are very friendly too making this an ideal community to live in.
Maintenance and staff are all very responsive respectful and provide excellent service every single time!

I’d like to first mentioned I now have 9 months living here. When I first moved in I thought what a great area to live here. Was shown around the BRP and everyone was so friendly. Right of the bat I loved it here because it’s a pet friendly area. (I love my FurBaby) lol anyways, as the months past by, and everyone still continued to be nice and friendly. Management always shows a warm welcome and are quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Honestly, I’ve apartment hunted a few times now and here at Bell Rohnert Park has been my top favorite place to live and continue living here.
We love Bell Rohnert Park Apartments! My family has lived here for a little over 2 years and continue to receive amazing customer care from not only the leasing staff, but also the maintenance team. Super dog friendly and has easy access to shopping as well as the freeway.

Nice, Clean, quiet place to live. Apartments are large, updated, and in good condition. Very close to shopping and restaurants, and entertainment. No need to worry about your pets, they are welcome and even have a fenced play area of their own. Nice on-site gym, pool, hot tub and BBQ area. Secure mail and package area too. I enjoy living here, it has everything anyone could ask for.
Management is polite, responsive, preemptively communicates changes in community, and actively works towards bringing community together with events or extra offerings. Community is generally polite and quiet.
This is a good place to live, overall, if you can afford it. Close to freeway, shopping, and amenities. Management is nice and understanding and service requests are completed promptly. Apartments are pretty big and deck spaces are spacious as well. The expressway can be loud during the day. If that is a problem, request an apartment away from the street.

In a community with 200 plus units It's pretty awesome to feel like you have your own personal plumber painter repairman ect. at your service 24/7 I've only had submitted 3 maintenance request and have been satisfied each and every time with their prompt response and excellent knowledge! I enjoy and love living at Bell Rohnert Park. It is a great place. It's clean and the amenities are excellent. The pool is always clean and well taken care of for us. It is quiet and great for families and pets. I've never had an issue or problem here. The Staff ( Claire, Haley, and Riley) are excellent and awesome. They all make living here awesome and comfortable. They are always pleasant, professional, and very personable. They are always ready to answer all of your questions and deal with any issues you may have. They are very safe with COVID and makes sure everyone is safe here at our complex. They always answer my calls and emails back promptly. They are awesome and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I recommend everyone to live here. This is an excellent and great place to live. Maintenance is awesome. Edwin always takes care of issues you may have promptly. He always communicates very well. Edwin is pleasant, professional. He is great. Great community to live at with excellent community personal, quick responsive maintenance staff, and friendly clean environment located conveniently near highway 101, major stores, and supermarkets .
I have enjoyed living here at Bell Partners Rohnert Park. While it is indeed expensive, in terms of rents and utilities, you get what you pay for. Staff is very responsive and provides great service. They are kind and hear your concerns out. Most residents are professional and polite. The complex is very close to shopping and a major theater. There is also great walking opportunities and bike trails in the area as well, and not alot of other complexes. Overall a good experience.

From the moment I was greeted by the excellent staff at Bell Rohnert, I knew this was the place for me. Their ability to answer all my questions, remove doubts and make me feel like I belonged here helped me decide on my apartment. Other places, the staff was rude or non responsive. Not the case here, I got all my answers quickly and without a hitch. I recommend at least consideration of Bell Rohnert if you are looking for an apartment. Everyone has different preferences, but this complex is not only worth a look, but worth the rental.

I just recently moved in to the Bell RP and tbh I cant compare any other apartment to the one I have now. Everyone is friendly and really helpful, Especially management! I love how everything is well kept and peaceful. Even when I request maintenance services i was amazed how quick it was taken care of. My experience moving here is hands down compared to other apartment complexs Ive lived in. Definitely recommend living here, two thumbs up!
The management and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have had zero problems so far with anything. In comparison to most places Ive ever rented from, maintenance requests are processed and handled in a very efficient amount of time.
A lady was stabbed at mid-day in the parking lot. Her assailant was never apprehended, but indigents frequently loiter on the property, and camp along the Redwood Creek that passes behind the property. With unfettered access to the parking lot, sidewalks, and apartment patios, violent people have every opportunity to strike again. The current staff members at the complex are pretty friendly. But friendliness does not offset the physical risk of living here. I would rather deal with rude personnel than worry about getting stabbed at my home.

When we first moved into the apartment it carried a weird smell and did not look like it had been cleaned very well. The carpets were still wet so, we assumed that they were cleaned. However the carpets reek of dog smell. The location of these apartments is great! And the pool and workout area is super nice as well. The only downside is the fact that our 2 bedroom apartment wasn't cleaned well prior to move in.
I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt on the second floor, with one neighbor above and one below me. These places are very spacious. The size of the bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are absolutely amazing! The master bedroom is a real treat to have. And the fact that they are pet friendly makes them even more appealing. We had a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room by the kitchen and a balcony outside our living room. It's a newer complex and right across the street from major grocery stores, retailers, movie theater, restaurants, and is a close walk to the Graton casino. The gym isn't huge but it's got new machines and is pretty quiet most of the time. The clubhouse has a pool table, and the pool facilities are outstanding! Huge pool area with a hot tub, bbq and plenty of lounge chairs. Only downside was that it is also located right next to the CHP station and the sirens can get loud at times. If you can comfortably afford this place, it's a great place to live in my opinion.
