I love it here! The leasing staff is great they are on top of updating and communicating to us residents on what’s happening or going on in the community via email. They truly do a great job at making sure we are comfortable, maintaining the amenities, and building. I can’t forget about the maintenance staff who are also so nice and helpful!

It’s been truly a wonderful and welcoming experience. The research I did online led me to Bell Glenridge. The pricing of the units were in my budget and the amenities they offered was the icing on the cake but the safety measures in place sealed the deal for me. I love it here already. From the initial tour with India to the move-in inspection. She has been a breath of fresh air and made me feel like a part of the Bell Glenridge family. She has so much knowledge of the property and surrounding areas. She answered all of my questions and there were quite a few. I love this place. I wish the club room and gym TVs worked. I enjoy inviting friends over to play poker and pool downstairs but it would really add to the good times if we could watch football or something.

Love it here. I plan to stay for a while. Everything is clean and maintenance stays on top of it. The amenities are nice and open to everyone. I wish the pool cues were kept up a little better - all but one are missing their tips. Overall 5/5

This apartment community is way too noisy. I barely get sleep between my noisy neighbors upstairs awake at all hours of the day, and my neighbor next to me, who has subwoofers and plays music at all hours of the night as well. It’s a nice location and the people in management are nice, but ultimately the noise levels have ruined the experience for me.

Its been almost 1.5 yrs moving to Bell Glenridge apartments, So far its been great living here. If there are any maintenance complaints they will come immediately and resolve the issues.

This building has a lot of great amenities. The shops attached to the building are awesome. The front office staff are so amazing and kind and patient. They’re very responsive and helpful with anything you need. It’s a nice building and there’s a lot to manage and they all do a fantastic job.

We recently moved in but so far our time here as been amazing. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly and eager to make sure you’re well taken care of, and the apartment complex is very well maintained. The complex is very secure, but not to an extent where it is a hassle to get in and out of your own apartment daily. The apartments themselves are very nice and well kept.

Management and the property are amazing ! Highly recommend! Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Bell Glenridge , especially in regards to the Leasing Manager India. I originally was interested in bell Glenridge because they have many locations where I was looking to move that were affordable , but that is not why I ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home! India has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her!

Apartments are WAY Too noisy and cheaply built. My upstairs and side neighbors have no consideration for sleep schedules and will be awake at all hours of the night making noise, despite my complaints to management. I will not be renewing my lease because of this.

I have resided here at Bell Glenridge for 1 year. So far I have enjoyed my stay here. Liz and India from the property management office are wonderful. From the very beginning they have made my stay here a pleasant one. Russell and James from the maintenance team are a pleasure as well. They respond to my maintenance needs within a timely manner and they make sure the job is done right. I look forward to my second year here at Bell Glenridge.

When you consider where you will call home, I would recommend this property without hesitation. I compared many in the area and primarily chose it for the location to my work. Aside from that, the rent is very reasonable, the amenities and floor plans are all well maintained and the leasing agents are all extremely nice. They accommodate our furry friends but with some pretty steep non-refundable fees and pet rent so just make sure you understand that upfront. Overall from 1-10 I would give this property an 8.
