Super energetic and sweet community. Great location and fairly priced. We love our premium view apartment and the cute little pond to walk our dog. Only negative thing I have to say is keep an eye out for ticks if walking by the little pond. Otherwise great!
the apartments are great and staff is wonderful and so nice and we're wonderful about responding to all questions that i had! me and my husband were choosing between these apartments and one other but the prices of these and the fact they are only a year old meaning we would b the first to live in our unit sold us! we are more than excited to move in
The apartment homes exceeded my expectation. The location is great. Most of all the trees are absolutely gorgeous. My process of getting the application completed was very fast. Travis. Was very personal.

It has been great living in the complex. The pool is amazing and we truly enjoy having 24 hr access to the gym. I love how secure the property is and it’s very peaceful and quiet. Great place to live.

I just recently moved in, and I have to say I already love it here! The community feels so welcoming, and everything has been smooth from the very beginning. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere really makes it feel like home. Even though I haven’t been here long, I can already tell this is going to be a great place to live.

I love living here! Been here a few months and it's been great! I love the pound area, pool area eventhough I cant use it yet, but the bbq area has been uses very often and its great to have whenever we want to grill something. The staff is great! Always very attentive to any needs we may have.

Honestly one of the most cleanest complexes I’ve ever lived in. Management and maintenance are so response and vigilant. Location is awesome sometimes people that pass by can have loud music. Love this place!

I really Love living at Beckett West Fork in Conroe! Fresh, new homes, great staff and friendly neighbors. The amenities are awesome and well maintained.
The experience with the staff is always amazing I was explained that detail about the complex. The complex is a new community very clean and quiet. My unit I chose is spacious and my idea home because I was looking for a split floor plans. No worries the turnaround for approval is faster than I thought.
So far so good! I’m loving that my 2 bedroom has so much space. The community looks really clean, not just the leasing office I’m looking forward to seeing how my pet likes the new space
Nice place and friendly staff. I like the fun activities and gifts for the residents! I would like cleaner building hallways and staircases.

I’m not a city person, but since i moved in here, it’s been great! Maintenance is always on top of things, it’s very peaceful and quiet, office people are friendly, and so are the neighbors! The amenities are perfect for couples, those living alone, or even families. One thing i will say is they don’t mention their “no smoking on the property” policy up until the day of move in but if you’re a non smoker than here’s your paradise! Very pet friendly with wooded views and a pond area for those who want a little slice of nature every now and then! No critter issues even with being so close to wooded areas too! Overall, I’d say this place is pretty great!

I love my new apartment. At first I felt like I’d be settling without a balcony and walk in shower but I am pleasantly satisfied. I feel at home, at peace. I love Conroe it reminds me of my home town. It’s much easier to adjust here than Houston. The staff are so polite and quick with communication. Maintenance is great, I got a hand when I was moving in from one of the men. I was also greeted by neighbors and everyone seems so nice and welcoming. The security is great, I feel safe here. I have yet to check out the amenities but I’m sure they’re just as amazing as my apartment and the grounds. My entire move-in process has been incredibly smooth and I’m so grateful to be here.

I had a super smooth experience with the front office and all the things electronic. Its a beautiful property with beautiful units. So excited to be a resident!
We just LOVE our new apartment!!! The modern floor plan, the beautiful appliances, the gorgeous flooring, the spacious bathrooms, the amazing closets, the bright community at night allows us to feel safe at night, we can walk the sidewalks around the whole complex, the fabulous pool and gym, the adorable dog park and the huge mail room is everything we wanted and more. It was the best decision we could have made to move here.
Minor Ac unit issue on move-in day However, it was resolved fast and efficiently. Other than that I’m satisfied. Management has good energy and this complex brings about a very welcoming presence.
Overall extremely happy with the facility, 100% would recommend to people in their early 20s looking for a place in Conroe. Apartments are brand new, the public spaces are clean and accommodating for large amounts of people, overall great experience
Super friendly staff, maintenance comes same day, apartments are clean and well kept and the area is nice, the community is also very friendly
Amazing! Me and my girlfriend are moving in soon, but so far the experience has been amazing. Amazing and good staff really got us here and they were also super helpful in the process. I can’t wait to officially move in!

We’ve only been living here for a few weeks but we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s my first time living in an apartment and I was nervous about having such close neighbors and all the noise, but it’s been so peaceful. We’ve meet some really nice people who also live here and everyone on the staff has been so kind to us. My daughter tells me everyday she loves our new home and the pool. The amenities are so nice as well. I’m very happy we chose Beckett West Fork to be our new home.

The property is always clean and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping that makes it feel like home.

Beautiful community and friendly staff. They were quick to have mantaince come out and make repairs. We have only been here for a short period of time but we already love it here.

I love it so far!! Everyone is so nice and everything is clean! The leasing office has a coffee machine which is perfect so i don't have to stop at starbucks it also has a nice pool and gym.

Love this place! Very clean and maintained. Everyone’s nice and helpful. The apartment units itself is updated with amenities and very roomy. A great place to move to that feels like home!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It was my first time getting an apartment and they’ve been super patient with me in this process and very informative apartments are extremely beautiful and the office is beautiful as well.
