Very friendly staff and Trevor was amazing! Community is so welcoming and there are so many events and amenities for residents. The building is pet friendly and located in a very walkable neighborhood.

I moved in on Jan 13th and I love the place! My unit is so nice, warm and cozy and i’m genuinely excited to make it my home. The location itself is also wonderful! It’s so peaceful and quiet. There is so many parks to take a walk, cub foods is right behind the complex, while Holiday (gas) & Walgreens are within walking distance. The amenities are amazing as well with a great fitness center, beautiful community room with a rooftop and I love that is fob controlled gives me a lot of peace of mind and security! So far i love it and can’t wait to make it my home!

Really good place! The area is nice and it is next to Minnehaha falls! Just wish that the elevator had the butterfly system and the garage had WiFi!

awesome! two improvements they could do is a butterfly system for the elevator and unnfeeground garage wifi since there is no signal down there.

The building and unit are excellent. The location is great. The only issue has been that our in-unit dryer is not working and it's taking a while to get resolved.

All is well, I travel a lot so I have no issues or challenges, and the building is clean and well-kept. I love the clubhouse and the rooftop deck. It's absolutely beautiful

Parking has been pretty simple even without paying for a spot. I love all the close places to eat and the park! I’m glad to have 2 bathrooms again so I don’t have to share with boys. The amount of cabinet space is unbelievable and I love it

Smooth move in and beautiful residence! Management is helpful and attentive to needs right away. Awesome location right next to Minnehaha Falls and amazing to take strolls/exercise.
Love living here so far. Everyone is kind and welcoming and the building always stays very clean. Couldn't say enough good things! Will definitely be recommending this as a spot for my friends to live.

We've been here a month and really enjoy it. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. This is a great location, next to the falls and numerous bike trails. The amenities are nice and it's starting to feel like home.

The new management has been very responsive to any punch list items and issues (which is not unexpected in a brand new building). The location is great with easy access to major corridors, the fantastic walk/ bike trail system and one of the best parks in the metro. Nicely located to either of the Twin Cities.
