The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Beacon View
The price may be cheap for seattle but your standards will have to be very low maintinence requests go uncompleted for months the building is falling apart they have plumbing issues and mice the office girl brittani is extremely rude often talking over you or not talking at all becasue shes on her cell phone talking about inappropriate personal issues and she does her job poorly often making mistakes that cost you money then gives you an attitude and wont fix it until you call the leasing company she rolls her eyes makes faces at you and then tries to get you evicted if you report her when shes in the wrong I wish I could give this propert 0 stars dont move here you will regret it

This complex is lovely...until you have an issue. The main woman -- Brittani -- in the leasing office straight-up lied about what she had previously told me regarding a problem I had. Since then, she's been antagonistic and actively unhelpful. I had planned on staying in my apartment long term, but moved at the end of my lease because of her lack of professionalism and courtesy. The rent is cheap, but know that you'll be on your own when it comes to issues that she isn't interested in helping you with. Beyond the leasing office, the neighborhood is very residential. If you want to be able to run out for a quick meal or errand, this isn't the area for you. But it is quiet and calm -- a nice break from the rush of the city. The apartments are in various stages of renovation. The apartment I looked at had updated kitchen cabinets, the apartment I moved into did not. Even so, my apartment I had was comfortable and nice.
