Bayside Country Club

Bayside Country Club apartments has been our home for 2 years. We are thoroughly enjoying our living experience here. Both the office staff and maintenance crew are always attentive to our needs and respond promptly and respectfully to our requests. The property is kept clean and well groomed and the amenities are state of the art. We would highly recommend living here.

Property has a mold problem my friend was sick!! The Bayside refuses to fix it. Do NOT move here. There is never parking on the weekends

DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Every weekend we can’t even park our cars in the parking lot because everyone has their friends here and the parking lot is full. Woke up at 3 a.m to my ceiling leaking and now we have a huge hole and no one has come to fix it yet, toilet seat turned blue a couple days after moving in. Hall way smells like pot everyday. The a.c doesn’t work and it’s 87 degrees today. Called 3 times and they told me it’s not hot enough for the a.c to work. We have 2 long hair dogs in our apartment also. My dogs shouldn’t have to suffer in a 90 degree apartment and neither should we . People smoke on the balcony when this is a “no smoking “ apartment

I have lived here for a year now and I love it! I am in a studio, which for me meets my needs exactly. For now, there's enough room for me, my cat and my girlfriend when she visits. And maintenance is THE BEST! I originally had an issue with my electric bill when I first moved in. It took some time for me to figure it out but management listened and called an electrician to figure out how I could have $95 dollar electric bill in one month when I had turned it off for that month before officially moving in. Apparently, the wires had been switched with my neighbor's by accident. When the electrician and manager realized it was their fault, they cut me a check for exactly how much I was wrongly charged by National Grid and I got that refund shortly after they accepted responsibility. Very professional and courteous! I can't say enough about Picerne and Bayside management.

Bayside Country Club offers a terrific site of rolling greens and the maintenance staff is top notch. This is a fine place to live and convenient to most everything.

I love how huge my two bedroom is and it's great for the price there amazing with my dog it was hard to find a place that accepted huskeys they have an amazing dog park a beautiful play ground and swimming pool area for my daughter and I the fiancé expessially loves all of the storage place such as closet rooms for all of her belongings and I love the fact I have a balcony to such a beautiful back yard with a small section a wooded area and a little river that runs behind the property I expessially love the staff and mantiance on site so friendly and courteous and if you ever need anything they are there in a heart beat

From what I understand, years ago, these apartments used to be great. For whatever reason Picerne is really letting them go. Multiple apartments in my building alone have water damage. The maintenance department is undependable as far as arriving at the agreed time. When they do show up, the work is shoddy. We live on the bottom floor. Our neighbor above us had their toilet leaking through our ceiling. The ring that goes inside the bottom of the toilet had completely worn away. When maintenance came by to check our apartment, they held a bleach soaked rag up to the spot, spray painted over the water damage and completely ignored the blue mold spot in the corner of the bathroom, even though I had pointed it out three times. Maintenance will enter your apartment regardless if you are home or not, even when you request them not to come while you are away from home. Complaints are rarely ever resolved. The manage at the rental office is either apathetic or has no power. Our friend, from another building, has serious water damage in her bathroom. It has come to the point where she has a giant hole above her shower and the ceiling and walls are beginning to bow inward. Management threatens to fine their residents for leaving dog waste or cigarette butts on the grounds but nothing ever happens. The office hours are inconsistent. There have been many days where they close an hour early. I've worked out in their fitness center, which is only a few machines. When I was finished, I went into the bathroom to splash water on my face. But when I went to leave, the door was locked. I called the office from my phone but not one answered. I went outside to the pool area to try and exit but the gate to the pool was locked. I had to climb the fence to get out. Picerne seems to only care about one thing and its not maintaining the quality of their apartments.

I like the community so much. The environment is nice, the office staff is patient and careful. I will enjoy my life here.
