Bay Shore Gardens Gated Community

This is truly a nice place, the property courtyard is kept clean and well maintained. The apartments are very spacious, updated, lots of closet space and i personally love the big windows. Love the efficacy in which the property manager handles any maintenance issues, the staff on site is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love love this place.

The Bayshore Gardens was our home for 2.5 years and we will miss it dearly. The apartment was cleanly and enormous with a view overlooking the courtyard. The experience was a positive one and the staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. If we contacted the emergency line, maintenance was there within 10 minutes and in a pleasant mood to fix the problem regardless of the time of day. The property also has the most beautiful landscaping that makes you appreciate nature everytime you pass through. The location is ideal with stores in the direct area and sunrise highway right up the block. This is truly a place we will both remember with fond memories and I would recommend it as a great place to live.

We had been living at Bay Shore Gardens for the past 3 years and we loved it. The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchens are amazing with new stainless steel appliances. The complex is beautiful at any seasons! It’s pretty much what the name really describes it, a garden. The location is very reliable. You’re less than 5 minutes to Downtown Bay Shore which has lots of places to eat. Everyone at Greenview are a very reliable. If you’re at need of anything, they will be there for you.

The Bay Shore Garden Has been a genuine hidden gem. The apartments are immaculate and are a warm welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding garden are kept to the upmost standards. The manicured lawns are kept consistently. They are always looking for ways to improve the Bay Shore Garden Complex. I have the most respect for the Management Office Jennifer and staff, they are willing to listen to you and passionately receive any comments. and on the premises personnel Brian and crew. They go up and beyond the care of the complex. There was never a time I was not satisfied with the request I would initiate for repairs and they would comply completely to my request. I highly recommend Bay Shore Garden for anyone looking to relocate and Begin a Warm Home environment.

I lived here for 1 year and throughout that time never had an issue with the apartment, and if I ever needed something small fixed from maintenance I had same-day assistance. Great location with grocery, gas, bars, and hospital all within walking distance. Property management was always quick to respond and helpful when they do. Absolutely recommend!

I have lived at Bay Shore Gardens for the past few months and words can not describe the love I have for my home here! The grounds are meticulously kept, the location is convenient for all, and above all the maintenance crew is spectacular! Brian the superintendent is kind, understanding and empathetic to every situation. He always does what he says he will and delivers on time! I love knowing that I am treated like family here!

Bay shore garden is a hidden gem right in the heart of it all. We love being super close to all our favorite places to eat & the beach! Our apt is so spacious with great closets and huge windows. We get a lot of bright natural lighting which was a must for us. My husband and I both work from home so it is a perfect space for us to do that because of how quite and peaceful it is here. We also love walking around the courtyard in the summer as the property/gardens are really beautiful and well kept. Very family friendly, parking lot well lit at night & very attentive management. We love living here!

I’ve lived at BSG apartments for 10 years and the property management has helped me through a time of crisis and has always responded quickly to any questions/concerns as they do their best to accommodate their residents. They have a great maintenance crew that care for the residents, that it’s not just a job to them. The property is well maintained and very convenient for local shopping, dining as well as school bus pick up and having the laundry rooms newly renovated is great.

We’ve lived here for about 3 years and we love it! We had a two bedroom with roommates, and then switched to a one bedroom by ourselves after a year. Nice apartments, with a nice view on the inside of the courtyard. Never had any problems, and the property manager and super are both very nice. Close enough to the towns of both Islip and Bay Shore, so there are many things to do. Love being here and can’t wait to stay longer!

Bayshore Garden Apartments has been my home for the last 5 years and now that my job has been transferred I want to share my experience. I really loved my stay here. The rooms in my apartment are very large and the closet space is amazing. The apartment is very bright with large windows with views of the beautifully maintained gardens. Bayshore is a great town with lots going on. My children are enrolled in the Bayshore School District which is excellent. The apartments are walking distance to the shopping center and an easy walk to downtown Bayshore where there are plenty of good restaurants. The people who run these apartments are really nice and very competent especially the maintenance crew. I would highly recommend these apartments.

We love our apartment. The hardwood floors are beautiful, tons of closet space, (hello storage) the community is quiet and brand new laundry rooms is a huge plus! Management is always available when we have questions and the staff is super friendly. Not that we’ve had many issues, but when I have, the maintenance team takes care of it ASAP. I just had to write a review because of how great it’s been here since we moved in over the summer. We are looking forward to many years. Keep up the great work, we just love it! If you’re looking for a great place to live in Bay Shore, this is your place.

Loved living here, miss it! Apartments are spacious and well-kept. Community is beautiful and green, in good location near supermarket, restaurants, etc. Management was kind, attentive, and quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend!

Bayshore Gardens was our home for 7 years. We never had a problem, it is very well kept, and the rent is affordable more than in most places. The super was usually available and very helpful. Our kids played out in the garden and everyone is very friendly. We were sad to leaved but Blessed to buy a new home. We truly recommend this place to live whether is short or long term it is safe, quiet, very well kept and beautiful as well as in a convenient location. The rooms are very spacious we loved it. We never had a bad experience new management was very helpful and on top of things. Kenny & Maria

Please don't go to Bay Shore Garden Apartments. These apartments used to be great under previous management. The new management has ruined these apartments.

This garden apartment complex has everything you need. Beautiful courtyard, freshly painted and cleaned rentals before move-in, and only pay electric and cable. Maintenance helps quickly if something breaks. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Close to highways and trains, but can't hear the noise. The windows are huge so my studio feels big and sunny.

I lived her for 3 years and all I have to say that this place was very quiet to live in. I was in a 1 bedroom apartment and the living room was very spacious. The neighbors were very friendly and the area was secured. Love it in the spring when the pathway looks amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We lived here from 2005 -2010. It was a great experience. We relocated to another state at that time. When we decided to move back to New York this year 2015, we contacted this complex. They contacted us back immediately. We met with the manager and took over our new apartment. It is clean, managed well and the grounds are beautiful. The rent is affordable for a one bedroom. ??

The buildings and appliances are in very good condition and the garden is always well-groomed. There is a beautiful canopy covered with vines over the walkway that leads from the parking lot to the courtyard. The studio apartment is surprisingly spacious; I manage to share it with my boyfriend. One of my favorite features is the kitchen; rather than it being a nook you walk into, it is open on both ends. There are plenty of closets and the ceilings are high. The apartment complex is a 4 minute walk from a major shopping center - groceries, restaurants, gym, bank, coffee, bagels, etc. It is also just down the road from the heart of town where there is plenty to do. There are many parks and marinas nearby as well.
