There's really nothing good I can say about this place. The new management that took over has zero clue how to run a place health hazards galore stuff recycled instead of putting new stuff in. I mean it's just absolutely the worst. Go somewhere else seriously

My family and I have been living here since 2016. We love the community and every team members. This is a wonderful , beautiful and safe community. Everyone is helping and friendly. It's so close to everything in walking distance. It's a smaller community with wonderful homes. It's perfect here .

I live here with my mother and we have both enjoy living here. The maintenance staff and management is always helpful and courteous. All of our work orders are completed in a timely manner and they always follow up to make sure we are satisfied with the work or order that was done.
I have lived here for several years and very pleased with staff.

I moved from Mo to here my daughter looked at and got the apt for me. She dealt with most of the paperwork. We did all of that mostly online which went well! Maintenance has filled every request I have had very quickly!
Bay Club has been great, we moved in 3 weeks ago and have been very pleased with the neighbors and management/staff.
Bay Club is a quiet, friendly community. Close to the mall, shopping center, places to eat and arcade
I love the quiet environment! Bay Club is set back from the main road and shaded by large trees; it's very different from the new complexes that come in to an area, clear cut the land and put up large cookie cutter buildings. I find it mostly a quiet and peaceful place. And having the garage for the apartment is really a bonus!

I enjoyed my 2.5 years in the community. I had minor maintenance issues, but they were typically resolved in a timely and professional manner. I only had one or 2 unresolved issues during the length of my stay (maintenance did attempt to repair), and they were minor inconveniences. The community is generally quiet and well kept. Management does an excellent job of providing notifications about changes, inspections, and events.

Bay Club is a secluded beautiful property with a neighborhood atmosphere. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Apartments are luxurious with garage & excellet parking for residents, family and friends. It is convenient to all major streets and highways. Less than 10 minutes to St. Johns Town center, 15 to the Beach, 5 to the Avenues Mall, 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. WONDERFULLY convenient!!

Absolutely love my new place, the split floor plan is beautiful and such a lovely neighborhood!
every time i use the online system to tell the community i need something fixed they show up within the next couple days and fix whatever i need so fast.
Peaceful, convenientlly located complex with friendly, diverse neighbors. Feels more like a neighborhood than an apt. compex.
