Property Ratings at Bay 151
I’m the renter here, our bedroom’s window one of them cannot be opened and other one cannot be closed, which extremely bad influence us. Our bedroom near to the road and Costco, so the environment is usually noisy whole daytime and night. Again, the widows’ problem and recently the bad weather make us cannot sleep and normally stay at this bedroom. Our physical and mental suffered serious hurt. Perviously, I reported the problem in August up to now, no maintain the terrible windows. And the manager don’t response e-mails and also don’t get call. I am so horrible to live here.
We moved back to Bayonne in the midst of COVID and had high expectations on the kind of place we wanted to rent, all while trying to not pay too much. After searching the surrounding areas, Bay151 in Bayonne had by far the best quality, size, and pricing for the area while staying within an easy few minutes walk to the Light Rail, less than 20 mins to the PATH train, and an easy Uber to EWR. The amenities were a huge plus with a pool that never got crowded in the summer and a two-story gym with a separate free-weights/yoga area. The property stayed extremely clean with employees that were always out making sure the trash was removed, maintenance was always very responsive to minor maintenance requests (which didn’t happen often beyond minor bulb replacements, etc.), and management was attentive to anything we needed. I always felt safe at the property and would highly recommend Bay151 to young adults or families alike. Special appreciation to Daniel, Jakub, Julian, & Richard for being friendly and professional during our pleasant 3 years as residents. If we ever return to the area, Bay151 will be home again!
It’s a good community, with excellent amenities to use anytime. management is very friendly. Apartment was clean by the time we move in! Costco, Walmart, Dollar stores, supermarkets, and so much more fun in 1 - 1.5 miles walkable distance if you explore :)
I recently moved to Bay 151 from Brooklyn. I was looking for a luxury apartment complex and that's exactly what I received. From the moment you walk in the aroma of the building captivates you. The Maintenance team and Property Manager are on it, which is a plus. I have a 1-bedroom with a terrace and it is very spacious, more than enough room for a entertainment system, desk, couch, chair etc. My bedroom is a great size. I have a queen size bed, 2 dressers a vanity and night stand and still have space to add more furniture. The walk-in closet is awesome. Best Feature: definitely the kitchen. You'll see what i mean when you visit. So many cabinets and an island and state of the art appliances
