Property Ratings at Barron Park
I rented an apartment in Barron Park but was later relocated by my company to a different city. Although I received the deposit return statement, I have not yet received my security deposit back. I have been waiting for six months, but the project manager overseeing Barron Park in Pearland has been unresponsive to my calls and emails. I do not recommend leasing an apartment in this location if you want to avoid losing money.
My car was stolen from this property one month into living here. Cameras were broken therefore I was unable to assist the police with locating my vehicle. Mercedess c300 was stole from Barron Park Apartments. Individuals with loose pit bulls allowing their dogs to run the property without a leash.

I moved into Barron Park which use to be discovery in 2023. My experience living here has been the absolute worst. Loud neighbors, kids stomping and playing, blasting music, grounds unkept, trash all over dumpsters, appliances not up to date, patios raggedy/toys/trash present, loud noise at the pool after midnight, and lastly no one ever answers the office phones. I have called and left vm on countless occasions and no return calls. I would not recommend Barron Park to the homeless!

This is an amazing friendly peaceful community!! The front office and maintenance team is very professional and always responding promptly when I have any questions. Also being dog friendly is a huge plus for us with dog park and dog wash station! Love calling this place “Home”!!

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and have been very happy. Not only are the apartments close to everything you could need within a mile radius but the apartments themselves are great! The staff at the office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Any concerns or issues are resolved quickly. The amenities are awesome including the pool, the park nearby, the gym and the car wash. I am very glad to have chosen to live here.

Moved into our new apartment to find out WE WERE NOT ALONE!! Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. The worst part is that they are probably now in all of our personal belongings and you'll never get rid of them. DO NOT move here. The uncleanliness goes to show the type of people that live here. When we contacted management, they wouldnt even call us back !! Do yourself a favor and try a place a mile down the road, this one isnt worth the hassle!!

Its been a great comforting experience living here at discovery at shadow Creek Apartments I have no complaints the office management is superb the appearance and landscape of the property is very eye-catching the willingness to meet my concerns and needs as a tenant are excellent and very commendable I appreciate the staff for everything that they do this will be a great place for me to continue to live Its going on three years now that Ive been a tenant here And I love it!

I would not recommend this establishment for new residents. I have had numerous emergency maintenance issues and concerns resulting in damaged personal property. My issues were not resolved in a timely manner at all. Nor did the leasing office follow up.

Mi experiencia hasta el momento a sido muy buena, el personal de administracion muy buen servicio pero deberian de uno poder escoger la compania de cable e internet ya que es obligatorio que sea con AT&T y para mi el servico de ellos es horrible!!! We love our home. The only issues we have ever experienced is major ant issues in multiple areas of the apartment as well as when we first moved in, there were quite a bit of fixings that needed to be done, which most were complete except a few that have not been dealt with. At this point, were just accepting of what we have and are not allowing it to outweigh how comfortable we are here in this apartment complex.

I love this place. I was a bit apprehensive about moving into an apartment however Cole is the most helpful person I could ask for. Discovery is extremely family oriented and the staff is amazing at responding to calls or maintenance issues. The pool and gym are amazing and the track next to the community is also an awesome perk. Thank you doscovery for making this community amazing.
