When I moved in, I did not have a door on my master room. I didn’t notice initially but when I did notice, I notified the office. It took a while to hear back from them. I had to call a few times for updates however they were polite and helpful. When they finally got the door, they quickly painted it and put it up for me with no issues. Maintenance was very nice and respectful and were patient with my little ones as they were curious about what they were doing in the apartment. Thank you for your help.

I had an unusual problem with the cold water in one of my bathrooms.. The came out and diagnosed the problem within 48 hrs and fixed it the very next day. Excellent job.

I am not a fan of how utility costs are calculated. I feel it's important to conserve electricity and water and gas consumption, but there is no reward. I'm charged an average which is very beneficial to energy wasters. I see one of the maintenance crew, I think his name is Kevin, working his tail off. He takes good care of the residents, is out and about early cleaning up the property, and fixes most everything tossed his way. What a superstar!
I had a friend who used to live here and this place was in pretty bad condition. It looks like new ownership has taken over because the place is night and day difference! It's not the ritz carlton but I've lived here for a year now and it is very clean and maintenance is super responsive. Overall really happy with my apartment and the deal that I get here
All I can say is that I have pictures and videos to prove how bad the conditions are inside the ceilings and walls are. This place is nothing but a health risk! Rent at your own risk...

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Want a place that has the worst washer and dryers that make your clothes dirtier than when they went in? Want cockroaches EVERYWHERE? Want an apartment complex that shuts off your air conditioning for the season? Want an apartment complex that NEVER mentions that the hot water is going to be shut off or that the water will also be shut off? Want to talk to the the worst leasing people (when they decide to pick up the phone) This is the perfect place for you. Don’t waste your time, keep looking everywhere else BUT HERE.
Poorly put together apartments. Rude unprofessional and staff that lies but acts like they are nice to get you im. try to give 10 day notice with no evidence no communication roach infested bad plumbing and flooding closet doors are a joke. Cheap flooring and thin walls
Lots of room in apt and good floorplan. Lots of parking and good about necessary repairs. Been here 3 years though and flooring needed to b replaced when moved in. Not much sunlight in bottom units but stays cooler when AC not turned on yet. Office receptionist nice and helpful. Every once in while I would get roaches or scorpion but real good about spraying.
Had a little issue with the first apartment they offered me. Was not up to par. The staff was very cooperative and offered me a different place. They are patient on exact move in date. Neighbors so far are quiet and helpful. I do believe we will be very happy here!
My apartment complex is alright, they work with you on any work orders, they work with you on rent payments. They try to keep it cleaned up and maintained to looking nice. They communicate well with the residents.
