Allendale is a mostly residential community just off the MacArthur Freeway. Ok for now
The building itself is decent and the size of the apartment is great. The property management company is terribly inattentive and seems not to care about their tenants at all. I have had requests, both minimal and urgent, ignored for months on end, even with repeated reminders. I'm beginning to feel like they get a kick out of purposely ignoring me. The rental market sucks and I'm confident that they're aware of that and taking full advantage.
