      Location & Leasing Office!

      We recently moved from out of state and we love it here so much. Jason helped us with a virtual tour and videos. He made the process very easy. We are starting to feel at home here, and we can’t wait for our family to visit in Spring. The roof is breathtaking. The neighbors are very kind and social at resident events

      Really appreciate the staff! I definitely think the new management is worlds better than the last year, I almost did not renew because of the last year (emails going weeks without responses, issues with staff smoking right next to the garage door, etc) but Zahra and Josh have been stellar additions to the property. I really see the time and effort they are putting in to make this feel like a community and to improve things. Ryan and Dolores has always been great as well!

      Its been 2 months since I moved in and have been very happy. Zahara was very prompt in responding to all my leasing questions and helped me complete the documentation on time. The building itself is very good. The units are spacious and clean, the location is great with everything nearby and so far its felt safe. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the bay and Space Needle. I feel like I have everything I need in this apartment without breaking my bank.

      A beautiful place to live with quiet, kind neighbors and an excellent team of management, housekeeping, and maintenance. The location at Seattle Center is excellent and the view from my window of Elliot Bay and beyond to the Olympic Mountains is extraordinary! I highly recommend this as a place to call home.

      I would strongly not recommend this apartment due to the incompetency of the leasing office. Never in my life have I met a more incompetent leasing agent. After applying and getting my application approved, he proceeds to not give me the lease or any further information and instead when I call, he mentions that he will get back to me because he is busy with other leases. This continued for 2 weeks until finally, with only 2 weeks left before move in, he finally said he is done with the lease. However, there are technical difficulties and he cannot send me the lease so I have to show up in person. If I had not already lived in Seattle for a year prior, this would have been incredibly inconvenient and made my move even more stressful. After I show up in person, he proceeds to make me wait over an hour for his printer and then we go over the lease and I sign. I leave the lease with him because my roommate needs to come in and sign. A few days later, my roommate tells me that she went in to sign the lease but the leasing agent had lost the lease. Thus we do not get to sign this lease until literally our move in day. Our unit was also not properly cleaned of fixed up prior to us moving in.

      I am a resident of Axis since August of 2021. This is my first 'big city' experience and the management of this complex is superb on every level. I am grateful for this team: Johnny, Brandon, Ryan, and Doloris, who make this home for me a comfortable and safe place.       Axis Apartments are located in a central location within walking distance to the doctor, the market, the vet, the drug store, and the beautiful Town Central. I feel safe here and the beauty out my window is breathtaking of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The staff is a pleasure to work with - professional and attentive. I highly recommend this community experience at reasonable prices and with the excellent amenities!

      From the moment the door opened at the time of the viewing, I knew I was home.       Amazing Floor Plans

      The floor plans for a 1 bedroom 1 bath were amazing...they were very spacious....have high quality stainless steel appliances...the bathroom is as big as the den with a nice tub...and it even has a nice fireplace....the hallways are clean....and you can tell maintenance keeps this building in tip-top shape...and the leasing agent Brandon was super friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment.

      We love the quiet location and the amazing views from the rooftop deck. It's great to be close to so much both in Belltown and Lower Queen Anne, but feel like we're in our own little bubble.

      A City Community

      We’re in our sixth year at Axis and can’t imagine moving anytime soon. The front office staff is friendly and efficient, and Wendy is especially good at celebrating birthdays, holidays (our lobby is the most festively decorated in Seattle, hands down!), and bringing joy to a community that she has worked hard to build. We know or are friendly with nearly everyone who lives here - something that is rare for a building in the middle of city. The staff has worked hard to keep us connected and safe over the past year. And the roof deck views cannot be beat!

      Wonderful place to live

      We had been looking for a quiet neighborhood close to the center and Axis supplies that perfectly. The building is wonderful, we can enjoy a sundeck with a beautiful view and the apartments are very nice as well. Staff is wonderful and organizes fun events every month. We enjoy the atmosphere very much and recommend it!

      We were searching for a quiet place close to downtown and Axis supplies all that. The roof deck and the apartments have a lovely view. The staff is very nice and arranges fun events every month. The atmosphere is just what we were looking for and we would recommend living here.

      Great place to live!

      Building - Overall, Axis is a great place to live! Some of the things that attracted me to this building are the higher-end finishing in the units and the outdoor space. The building was originally slated for condos and therefore has nicer finishings for the tile, countertops, appliances, and flooring. Also, some units come with patios while others have balconies and/or small terraces. There is also a very nice rooftop! Amenities - The building management makes a really nice effort to host events and residents have access to gym/theatre room/rooftop, storage, etc. Location - The location really can't be beat. You can walk to the shops and restaurants in Belltown/Downtown and in Lower Queen Anne. You're right across the street from an IMAX, super close to the grocery stores and of course, you're right by the Seattle Center. You also don't have to cut over too many streets to get to the highway or shoot down to the airport. Axis is behind the Science Center but between two churches so there usually isn't too much traffic on 2nd Ave as there is on other city streets. My recommendation would be to check out a few units since there are various layouts (loft style vs 1-story) and units with views of the sound, fireplaces (some gas and some electric), patios, terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and some huge bathrooms but all of these things vary by unit.

      Great Building

      I have been living in Axis for the past six months; and I have really enjoyed living here & would recommend it. Some of the things that I really like: 1. The apartment has a great location (Lower Queen Anne, super close to the Space Needle and close to Belltown; walking distance from Downtown) 2. Amenities in general are great *Rooftop deck has a great view *Cinema room *Nice clubroom 3. Apartment always looks neat & clean 4. Property staff is very nice & they are always organizing events for the community. That being said, you pay a little bit of a premium; but this is a good apartment choice.

      Best building I've lived in

      This is the best place ive lived in Seattle. Is it expensive? Sure. Are you getting what you paid for? Absolutely. Sweet rooftop deck, nice property staff, they do building events all the time, and again, the location is unmatched. Seriously, if you're pockets permit, live here. You won't regret it.

      Terrible building

      have lived in this building for more then a year. First, they don't list a mandatory EXTRA $25 fee for trash pick-up. Not only do you pay for regular trash service, the buildings new management charges an additional fee for trash service. Second, the entire building smells like trash. The trash is actually left outside your front door to be picked up. So it kind of festers. The management is terrible. Pascal the building manager is a self serving person. He could care less about the residents and looks out for himself and himself only. The building is owned by a corporate hedge fund. Rent raises are well over 20% and they would sooner let a unit sit vacant for months then allow a lower rent. The neighborhood is right across the street from the Space Needle and Science Center. Its noisy 24/7. Trucks, buses, tourists, and homeless are just some of the loud non stop things that will drive anyone crazy. While this building is a close walk to just about a vast majority of Popular Seattle, its way overpriced and the noise and bad management make it impossible to recommend. The fitness center is a joke, trust me when you see it, its a big closet with a treadmill, bike, and stair stepper. A rack of weights round out the lot. There is no AC and its hot a heck in the building and most apartments during the summer. I could write a novel, but hopefully you get the clue. Just STAY AWAY!
