My Apt/Home is comfortable for me. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms attached garage. I do not bother and so far I am getting the same return. Put trash & recycle outside the door, I guess it can’t get no better than that right now for me.

Overall I enjoyed my home at Lincoln Kessler. Great community and awesome front office staff.
I like the community, everyone keeps to their selves. Its rare when you just see people hanging out around the vehicles. Its nice to see people just walk their dogs. I walk with my son and its nice and relaxing around the apartment complex. The staff is great. There isn't much loudness going on which is a plus. Everyone minds their business.
I would recommended it because they keep the property up and clean that is a really big deal. I'm very happy there is NOT trash left on the grounds and that it is kept up.
This overall experience with the property and especially the staff had been amazing. I will always recommend these apartments

Its a great gated community. So far, have had no issues with loud neighbors or crazy people.
My situation was a bit challenging moving in, however, the staff madwvme feel very comfortable and was supportive all the way. I give them triple dumbs up!

Its quiet,clean the staff is excellent and any service requests have been handled within a day most times the same day.
Some very rude neighbors ruined the experience for us. We like everything about the apartments but the neighbors were far too disrespectful.
I would recommend this apt community because the office staff I are always friendly, and if you have an issue it’s generally quickly resolved. They also have lots of community events for those who wish to participate. I love my apartment.
Kelsie was a natural at making me feel at home and comfortable. She truly did her best to relate and make me feel no pressure.
The security of the complex always concerns me. As I have reported in the past I see so many cars getting in and out of the complex without a parking permit. Just a single night I walk around with my dog and can see cars parked without the orange sticker. Also, during the summer you can see so many non-residents by the pool in any single day.
This is the best apartment community I have lived in over 40 years my maintenance request was done the next day

Very clean environment. Very safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Great amenities. Proximity to highways & shopping centers just to name a few!
Rules and regulations that we signed with our contract should be adhere to. No point in have guidelines that aren't reinforced.
There is a lot of smoking in the halls, patios, and in the parking lot.
The property is always clean, well kept, and overall quiet. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There's a lot of opportunities presented by the staff to meet your neighbors with all the community events they have. From game nights to brunch, there' a nice sense of community.
I absolutely love staying here. One of the best decision i ever made!!
It just feels very much like a home. The ladies are very much interactive and create a relationship with everyone who lives in the community.

The neighborhood surrounding the community is not that great but it is becoming better and better. Can't wait for the 24 hr fitness
The only reason I would not recommend this apartment community is because it lacks visitor parking. That was one of the things that it checked off on my list because they offered open parking options for residents and visitors and after living here for 3 months they implemented the visitor parking spots. And having 12 spots for a complex so large is unexpeptable.
I would recommend, but I would advise that some neighbors don’t understand that they have neighbors under them and don’t know how to be respectful and forget that their noise keeps us awake and also doesn’t let us sleep or live Comfortably
Overall nice place, but give us better amenities. The access isn't comparable to othe complexes at this price point
