Dirty disgusting apartments with cockroaches everywhere infected

Nice and quiet area to be lived at. I have lived here for a while now and have no complaints. Anytime I have an issue that needs to be fixed, it’s taken care of promptly.

When I say the management team is wonderful and professional they are. The property manager is so professional and when respond to your need. Wish they stay and manage this property the only reason why I renewed my lease.

I have lived here for 10 years and I really do not have any complaints. I must say this is the best management staff since I have been here. They are professional what I call a no nonsense group. Whenever there is a maintenance problem someone from the maintenance crew is sent in a timely period to do the repair. I love living here. I am a Senior 80 plus years old and I feel safe living here.

I simply love living here the residents are amazing. I love the fact that you all make sure we are safe and always provide great services and no matter the situation you all take the time to help and make sure we get the best experience possible.

Karla who received us was very kind,patient and answered all our concerns. Hickory woods it is a quiet place with easy access to school,supermarkets,laundry etc.

So far so good!! Loving my place. Just moved in so I can’t say too much. The office staff is super friendly!! The move in process was smooth.

Todo bien con los apartamentos, la oficina hace un bueno trabajo y mantenimiento también el único problema es con los residentes tienen que tener más cuidado con ellos por que donde yo estoy se mantiene muy sucio.

My experience has been awesome. I love it here. They are on top of any repairs if needed. The community is very well kept and safe. You will love it here.

Roaches everywhere, needs assigned parking because one family can take up 6 parking spots is just insane. Please do not move here. Property management is just poor and is not here to help you. They just want your money.

My first ever apartment and I am very satisfied with everything. The view from my balcony is amazing and a pretty big balcony I can say. Living room is big and can fit any furniture I can think off. Dining area is sizable to any furniture for basically, a lot of room to move around in also. Bedroom is enough space for a couple. Closet and bathroom is amazing, haven’t had any problems yet. Washer and dryer is also a 10 because we are on the third floor and can manage a lot with the dryer and washer.

Living here is Nice the people around us are always friendly my cats love having the space to run around and play. They like to sit in the big windows we have and watch the birds outside.

People are nice.. the community has gotten much better since I moved here in 2022 but the foundation of the apartment is not good. I wish that would change

I find it nice to be a resident of the apartments in Hickory, a healthy environment, no problems with the neighbors and the apartment is nice and comfortable.

The community it’s a really good one, I been living here for years, the community itself it’s great and the benefits the comes with it it’s excellent such as the pool and other stuff.

Los apartamentos están bien el mantenimiento también la limpieza también pero creo que deberían de seleccionar mejor a los nuevos residentes por que siempre hay personas que no vale la pena tener de lo demás todo bien a y más control sobre las mascotas por que muchos dueños no limpian los que sus mascotas dejan.

Moving from Massachusetts, this is such an upgrade. It’s very modernized. The park and dog park view is my favorite. It’s very peaceful. Great cabinet space and storage space.

Phone line is always busy , they change the lease without telling you . Unknown charges , people walk into your apartment without telling you.

Very nice and clean complex. Very convenient to other locations. Apartments are very nice and clean. I love my apartment. The amenities are awesome. Wonderful and polite staff.

From start to finish the application and rental process was a breeze! Super thankful for Sharika & the rest of the Hickory Staff! They go above and beyond not only to work with you but make you feel at home during the tours. The remodeled units are top notch and beautifully designed.

The staff was very polite and helpful any questions I had they answered right away and any situation that I suggested to them they looked into right away. I loved the warm vibes that I was receiving I felt that this was the best place for me to stay .

Not bad.. I love my apartment but I did not realize that I would be in the middle of the neighborhood. Sometimes, I have other neighbors parking in front of my bedroom window and they tend to cause some disruption.

The staff is friendly and always welcoming. They know me by name and I like that personal feel. Anything that I could need accommodations for, they always take care of it.

So far my resident experience has been good no complaints. They’re quite nice and very respectful. Nice surroundings the area is also nice. I would recommend Hickory Woods to my friends and family.

My car got stolen from the parking lot and my neighbor car got broken into it’s a little shady here in the complex in regards to crime. Also you can hear lots of shooting

Hickory Woods is friendly and affordable place to live, the neighborhood is very interesting and accessible, with good restaurants and grocery markets.

Theses apartments are really clean and nice, I really like this property so much When I put work orders they get it done, they have a pool, gym, a pet park and a park for kids to play plus a place for the kids to play soccer or football as well, so many great things about these apartment

Property is kept very clean and is quiet. Office staff is great. I want to renew my lease and possibly upgrade to a 2 bedroom or bigger 1 bedroom.

This apartment complex feels like it's up and coming. It has come a very long way from when I first moved in a few years ago. It still has some less than desirable people living here that tend to ruin it for everyone else. The pool closing for example. It's getting better and better though. The stern rules that are now in place have been curbing people's behavior to where it's starting to be comfortable living here.

Tengo 5 años viviendo aquí y han cambiado de dueño 3 veces pero los dueños de ahora son los mejores han cambiado mucho los apartamentos para mejor, mantenimiento hace un buen trabajo y la oficina también pero deben mejorar en seleccionar a sus residentes y estar revisando más los edificios yo estoy en el 5516 y se mantiene muy sucio los pasillos a comparación de otros edificios y eso es incómodo y más cuando llegan visitantes eso no da una buena impresión para los apartamentos.

Beautiful place !!! The fence and the backyard is incredible to spend time outside and for our dogs to enjoy fresh air Very natural and a very calm place

at this time it’s pretty good. Nothing to complain about yet. but I’m so glad to be a part of the Hickory Grove Apartment team. The people at the office is very nice.

its a peaceful residence kid friendly and i like the fact that everyone is friendly i like the pool it gets crowded its kinda small but its fun for the kids but people dont know how to pick up after their pets

There’s a lot of pros but the cons are pretty annoying. Enjoying my stay overall. There’s a lot of maintenance done to the outside but it’s hard to get someone to come fix things that needed to be repaired when I first moved in.

So far so good! The front office 10/10 …I’ve had a great experience from applying to even getting my keys . I’m glad I chose hickory as my first apt

It’s mostly quiet and everyone stays to themselves with no problems. Really practical that we have stores right by the apartment so if we don’t want to drive we don’t have to.

Safety and parking are very good since we being there Our children school are closer and no body bother us. We are very close to food Lion and other grocery store.

I love my apartment, although I do think it is overpriced considering there are larger (just as updated) apartments for cheaper right down the road. If the price came down I would love to live here again as the property is very pretty. I also thought I was signing for a larger apartment before I moved in as they had the wrong virtual tour connected to the layout online. Other than that it’s been a pretty quiet and decent living experience. Although we also shouldn’t be required to pay for resident insurance when I have my own.

great neighborhood good neighbors it could be a little more kid inclusive like parks but the pool area is nice and the neighbors are friendly

I started renting here when it was under different management. Since it’s become hickory woods I’ve really enjoyed living here. Any issues I had were fixed in a short amount of time. Everyone who works at the office is very nice. I love the new playground for my kids as well as the walkway around the entire property.

I love it here 10 outta 10. Would recommend I love the amenities and the playground especially my kids love it here and they made a lot of nice friend in the neighborhood

I just moved in, so far good quiet community, the move in was a smooth process, the staff is very helpful, i like the area that I’m in, so I plan on staying there for a well, so far I love it.

Experience has been pleasant and very professional. The set up was great, customer service was excellent. Move in was extremely smooth! Great work!

Very quiet place to live coming from jersey lol & my son loves to the schools here would recommend others great place raise kids in this neighborhood
