I like Avidor a lot. I especially like the many residents that I have met and become friendly with. It is not a perfect place but then I don't think any place is. Sometimes I believe communication with the residents could be improved and increased.

What a GREAT place to live! Beautiful apartment (and dream kitchen!) in a fun 55 ACTIVE community. I'm not ready for assisted living but was looking for a mature community environment, Avidor fits the bill! Super location for a drive to city for events, suburbs for shopping, plus just minutes to the beach. A great place to live for those who embrace their golden years by enjoying every minute!

My mother lives here and I feel good knowing she is making friends and socializing. They have a happy hour every Friday and huge events once a month for the residents and prospects. They even let my mother stay at the guest suite to see if she would like it!! Super happy with the management team and everything!

Living at Avidor has been an extremely positive experience for me. Residents are welcoming and friendly, there are many activities which promote community interaction, many learning opportunities, outdoor recreation options in the courtyard, a pool and hot tub, and a variety of work-out options. The staff is super friendly and helpful (and they put on incredible holiday parties!) Cheryl B.
