My family and I have been living here and we adore this apartment complex. The main reason is the staff!! Jessica (the manager) Alecia, and Emily are Professional, Empathetic and Knowledgeable! Always around to help!! The maintenance staff, Jose Manuel, Oscar and Christian are vey professional, empathetic and reliable. They are the hardest working guys and extremely helpful. Definitely the best place we have ever lived, quiet, clean and beautiful. Definitely a 5 star environment.

In all the busyness of Cypress, there's a quaint apartment community that's quiet and seems to have great parking. I've visited many communities and I always ask about parking and it's always one of the biggest complaints from residents, from no spots available to cars being on blocks. I've visited this place many times over several months on different days to see how busy it would be. The management team are always smiling and residents are walking their dogs or running on the treadmills. Seems like a great place to live so we signed a lease and are moving in!

Townhouse feel. Neighbors are friendly, staff is amazing! Older Neighbors which was what we were looking for, It is quite and we love it! After looking for the right complex for months we are so happy we chose this one. We are definitely going to renew for another year!

I moved in January 2022. I have loved my apartment and the community so far. It is quiet and feels very safe and secure. The management has been very responsive if needed. Definitely recommend as a place to live!

They charge you a $22 a Month pest control fee however the company they use for pest control went out of business. And since they went out of business the roaches are back.
Within a week of moving in the garage and disposal back up and overflowed throughout the kitchen. Apparently its my fault the prior tenants left behind food in he drains that it would back up. Ceiling fans are useless as they wobble and keep you up all night long. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from both neighbors. -Thanks for that. Not that it's the fault of the apartment but cell phone reception in the complex doesn't exist. There is definite a roach / spider / pest problem. We received notice that the exterminator quit and they could not find a replacement. Front office is less then willing to help when issues arise and are non-existent after hours.
This place really is the worst. Once you sign the papers you can forget anything you may need. The don’t care about their residents at all.
My Girlfriend and I are looking for apartments in Cypress. We were blown away by Avenues of Cypress. The grounds are rich and the apartments themselves are gold! I was impressed by the facilities also availble such as the pet park and car detail / drive by mail center. I can say that this complex is fairly expensive overall I think it would be worth the price. Having an attached garage is also a huge plus for us.
I have been at this complex for almost two years now. I have submitted numerous service requests over that time period. In fairness, they do take care of the easy ones quickly. However, I have submitted on four different occasions a request to fix security lighting around my apartment - it is still not working! After almost TWO YEARS! They charge you monthly for pest control, but I had to fight off the rat infestation myself. Then, FYI, just noticed on my monthly invoice........over $30.00 for monthly trash service. That seems a little excessive to me. Will not be renewing again.
This apartment community is absolutely horrific! If you want a place to help you if there's a problem, forget asking the manager! She's worthless!!! No one cares that works for this company if you have any kind of issue. Go somewhere else!! I wish I would have known how bad this place is!
This is a very good apartment community with good floor plans. The leasing office Manager Deb has been very professional right from the time we first inquired,great customer service in helping answer all our queries .The day we started interaction with Deb it was no looking back,infact we just decided to go-ahead and apply for the apartment before relocating without even seeing the place.So you could imagine the level of customer service that was provided.I have lived in Houston few years before,but by far this is the best experience with the leasing office and staff.All thanks to Deb for helping our family in smooth relocation.
My fiancé and I were so pleased with our tour today. The assistant manager Deb, was so friendly and offered amazing customer service. We were ready to sign a lease based on having a conversation with her alone! Once we did take a tour of the apartment community we were wowed! The community itself is well maintained, secure, every unit has an attached garage which means parking won't be a hassle, there's trash valet service, and there's even an onsite car wash! Once we actually toured the apartments, we knew then and there are search was over. Great floorplans, and open space. We look forward to soon making avenues at cypress the place we call home!
