I've lived in 2 different apartment units here and I have been blown away with the quality of living and the amazing amenities this apartment complex offers. The staff is wonderful to work with and always willing to lend a helping hand. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their new home.
Perfect apartment in downtown OP! Great amenities and the staff is very kind and helpful. Nice and quiet and everyone is very friendly. Also the perfect distance to downtown, plaza, or town center area. Truly only takes about 15-20min max to get anywhere you really need to be!
I have lived at the property since Nov 1st. must say is a quiet and enjoyable complex. Many restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great location.
I was blown away by this complex and the staff. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: it flows, is bright, updated, and has a big closet. They have the bike I like in the gym, and they have yoga. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but worth it. Can't wait to move in!

I've been at Avenue 80 for over a year now and the staff never ceases to amaze me! Working in the service industry I pride myself on providing good customer service and have high standards when receiving it. Ave 80 has been such a great place to call home. Coming from a 3,000 sq ft house for 20 years we were a little skeptical about moving into an apartment. The staff made the process seamless. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. The courtyard feels like our own little resort here in the historic Overland Park. To top it off they have a ton of residents events, who doesn't like being greeted with lite hor d'oeuvre and wine? Needless to say, this place is great! We love walking to the farmers market when the weathers nice or over to the peanut for a cold beer and BLT.
