Just beyond the north side of Charlotte, Huntersville is a primarily residential community in the northern part of Mecklenburg County (“North Meck” to locals). As a suburb, Huntersville has quite a bit to offer residents: Novent Hospital and several shopping centers can be found along the Interstate 77 corridor, many of the local schools earn top marks, and numerous parks and golf courses provide grounds for outdoor recreation.
To the north, Lake Norman is a popular spot for swimming, boating, and fishing. The annual Carolina Renaissance Festival regularly brings in over 150,000 people to Huntersville each autumn.

I’ve lived here for 2 months now, nice experience so far. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because neighbors are very sensitive to noise and it feels like you have to tiptoe around your apt, to try and not upset them, which is very annoying! But other than that, management has been very friendly since the start; and Maintenance completes requests in a timely manner.

This apartment is set in a great location near a Walmart and other amenities. There is a nice gym and pool, the units are spacious. The community itself is what may give some people issues. There are lots of people who do not pick up after their dogs, leave their trash out all day, and block the roads. Overall, my negatives have nothing to do with the apartment itself but rather with the overall experience.

I applied for Ardmore At Bryton in March 2024. The application process was extremely user-friendly. This staff members were helpful with the various questions I had pertaining to my lease. I had to make a last-minute change to a different unit , due to the original unit not being ready. The leasing agent assisted me with this process and made accommodations, so that I would be ready to move in by my move-in date.

Living at Ardmore at Bryton is fine. Usually very clean and the staff respond quickly. Decent amount of parking, could use more guest parking though and the pet wash station is still not done. Usually quiet even in the common space.

Nice area, beautiful apartments and haven’t had any mechanical issues since moving in January. Had a small hiccup with car theft but since taken place the apartment manager has hired security to monitor nightly. All of the staff are extremely nice and answer your questions super quick and accurate. Would recommend checking it out if you’re looking for an apartment.

Moving to NC from PA in Dec 2023, has been a different living experience. I came from a single family home to apartment living. The environment is totally different in a good way. Since moving in, i'm getting accustomed to my surroundings. The staff here is so nice and has accommodated any request I may have made. This complex, is so quiet (except for the dogs sometimes) and peaceful all the time.They take care of the grounds and make sure the residents respect the property at all times. Overall, I am very pleased.

Move in was quick and easy based on everything I was told I needed to move in.. clean and spacious environment . Staff was very friendly and the place just felt like home without even unpacking

Overall, nice location with a friendly staff and maintenance team. Had some issues with people stealing packages so make sure to invest in a security camera. The amenities are nice but like everywhere else, sometimes the neighbors don't care about the cleanliness of the shared space. The price and the space of the unit is a great value for the location.

So far, my experience with Ardmore at Bryton has been great! Everyone is welcoming and very accommodating. Amenities here are awesome as well, I have been using the easily accessible gym pretty often!

My stay this first month of my lease has been great. Staff is extremely friendly, maintenance is very responsive, and the neighbors are all friendly. Only cons so far is that the WiFi is spotty and the fitness center lacks equipment for more than a few people at a time to workout.
