I am enjoy my Apt. On the first floor and having a place for my dog being able to go to the bathroom without me having to walk her.

This facility is lovely. The staff here are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities. The residents are delightful; i have made many new friends. Avenida Carrollton quickly became home.

My villa at Avenida is overpriced, the landscaping is horrible as there are numerous dead plants in the backyard and the bushes in the front have never been trimmed. The HVAC is not energy or performance efficient. The management does not take responsibility for anything that is brought to their attention. Please don't send me anymore surveys as I will not be responding.

Dear Resident, At Avenida, we strive to provide an elevated lifestyle, and our pricing reflects the quality and experience we aim to deliver. We carefully assess market rates to ensure our villas offer the best value for the product and community we provide. Regarding your concerns about landscaping, we understand the frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is actively working on improvements, though recent weather conditions have caused delays. Over the past couple of months, Carrollton has received approximately 8.31 inches of rainfall, including periods of cold weather which caused us to have some snow days. These conditions have impacted our ability to maintain landscaping at the expected pace, but rest assured, we are committed to enhancing the outdoor spaces and we are at full speed. As for the HVAC system, we have conducted numerous energy performance tests and can confidently assure you that our systems meet high efficiency standards. However, if you are experiencing specific issues, we would love the opportunity to assess them and find solutions that improve your experience. Management is always listening, and we continuously strive to make meaningful improvements for our residents. I would personally love the opportunity to speak with you and walk through your villa to better understand your concerns and explore ways to enhance your living experience. It’s a great place to live. I looked all over Dallas and this was by far the best for the price. I’m so glad I moved here. The community of fellow Seniors as well as the office staff is wonderful, there’s plenty of activities, and the entire complex is professionally designed and furnished.

Avenida Carrollton is a lovely, new over-55 community. We are very pleased with the floor plan of our villa and especially appreciate having a garage and our own outdoor space. The Avenida staff is super! Our experience thus far with the sales, maintenance and management staff has been excellent. We are looking forward to enjoying all the community amenities. This is a friendly, safe place to live.
