Great staff. Amazing place to live. Responsive maintenance and management.
All those 5 star reviews? No way. Those are absolutely fake reviews. Save your money, don’t get tied up with these people. They don’t care about the residents, the apartments and common areas are rundown, dirty and disgusting, they will refuse to refund you your deposit, also they will charge you ridiculous amounts of fees and extra utilities and hidden costs. Steer clear of them.
Avanti has no proper security to prevent any form of breaking and entering, hidden fees and company fine print that the manager does not disclose when viewing the property. After living here at Avanti for almost a full two years my family and I have come to an easy decision to relocate to a more permanent residence and one of which my business, time, and security is valued.

Was great. Too much construction, loud neighbors, and questionable people. The police are here often. The price doesn't support the community.

Avanti staff is always there when I’ve needed any service, usually within the same hour for sure within the day! Any non-service questions/concerns the office has always been attentive, professional and willing to go the extra steps to resolve or answer questions/concerns. I cannot believe how beautiful it is to live here. I love my Apartment. It is perfect for me. I’m in the foothills on the West. The air is so clean!!! I have the best view of the City. Do I even need to mention any Casino, setting off a fireworks display! In the Winter, I have a view of the snowy mountain tops. If I want to see more, I just walk around the corner. I then have full view of the snowy mountains. The Developments, above me are putting in the most lovely Parks and Promenades. I’m the luckiest person!

Location is great, amenities are nice and maintenance responded timely, however, property management needs work. Leasing agents seemed helpful and friendly enough, but manager seemed uninterested in problems residents raised. Communication was lacking immensely. One day he stuck towing notices on a bunch of cars including ours because he didn’t understand how to read an out-of-state plate’s registration expiration. Instead of asking us to clarify, just assumed it was past due, and stuck the towing notice on the window, which left gunk on the window that doesn’t come off. He refused to take responsibility for it. We wanted to like this property, but management was rude, inattentive, and severely lacks tact and communication.

The Avanti is a beautiful and well-maintained apartment complex. I'm especially happy with the maintenance staff-- they have always been prompt and professional.
Love love living at Avanti. It's peaceful, quiet (besides the construction, which is at no fault of Avanti), and I feel safe. Love that I'm living so close to the mountains, and the view of the city. No issues or complaints about the apartment whatsoever. Beautiful kept up apartments.
The Avanti haves some of the best views of Las Vegas from the northwest side its breath taking. Can't get that from anywhere but here.
This is a top notch rental community in a very desirable area of the Las Vegas valley. The management is very responsive. The community is very well maintained.

I've lived at Avanti over 3 years and never had to wait long for maintenance even when just requesting a filter change. They are always friendly and helpful.
Move in process was clear and easy. Office staff was accommodating to my move from California. So far, it has been a lovely and quiet living experience. I have literally not heard a thing from upstairs, downstairs or next door. Quiet and peaceful 24/7.

I've never had to wait for a service request to be completed. They even changed light bulbs for me because I was to short to reach. The maintenance staff here are the best. I had company coming and one maintenance worker helped me carry in groceries and ask if I needed anything else. Just joking I said yes you can clean the stairs lol. THAT AFTERNOON the stairs and halls on all 3 floors were clean. You can't ask for better than that. I've noticed that the people that complain and write nasty reviews are usually the ones that think other people should anticipate their problems and fix them before anyone knows there's a problem. If a maintenance man could do that, he wouldn't need to work. I gave them 5 stars, they earn it everyday.

The Avanti apt are very nice place to live it haves plenty of space and high ceilings with lot of windows to let natural lighting in and views from every window are just beautiful. The people around have been very nice and pleasant and the nights have been quite. And my kids enjoy being able to walk to place around here like to school, stores and park.

Don’t live here if you are looking to be a long term, quality tenant who keeps their unit and the grounds clean. They’re not interested. They will increase your rent every year until you’re priced out in order to keep a revolving door of tenants. If you want a long term place to live look elsewhere.

I feel for a person that is living here six years now. The rent should not have been raised to unforeseen amount. I take care of the property and am not a fly by night who jumps out on their rent.

I felt uncomfortable when maintenance entered my home without my permission. I felt a note for them to call me on my cell when they arrive because I may not be home. Im was home for 2 days when I submitted my request, when I left my home on the road I received a email that they entered willingly and I have a problem.

I moved here after the loss of my husband. Mentally was in a bad place. I found the peace here I didn't know I had lost. I've had company come and loved the place so much they rented an apartment here. My 6 year old granddaughter stays here most weekends, she wanted to make sure I had pictures inside and out in case I ever move. She said because she never wants to forget this place. Thanks to all at Avanti for making the complex a home.

I used to love living in Avanti before the construction started behind me. They start as early at 6 AM and sometimes service equipment at 2 or 3 AM, that coupled with the endless gunshots in the desert almost every night are affecting my sleep. I don't think you should put people with large dogs on the 3rd floor.

Hi Marianne, Thank you for your post. The Avanti will be reaching out to you directly in order to discuss your concerns in further detail. Unfortunately, the construction and noise are occurring outside the community grounds and are not something we have control over. The team has not experienced or received complaints about work starting before the allowed start time of 7 am per city ordinance. However, if you have experienced this we would suggest submitting a complaint with the city directly as that would be the first step and proper channel. Additionally, the desert is also outside the community jurisdiction and if you do indeed hear anything suspicious we would advise you to contact the local police department so that they can investigate on their end as it would be a police matter. At Avanti, we follow the policy outlined for pets and breed restrictions. As we are compliant with fair housing though, should a resident have a service animal we follow the specific rules and regulations in place for them.
