It’s a quiet community. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance comes at a timely manner. Everything is easily accessible. Leasing agents are welcoming and helpful. Very secure with the front gate access. Gym is well kept.

This apartment complex is made up of a staff that truly makes it a home. My partner and I were in a very stressful situation where we needed to find housing quite quickly while another apartment complex broke a lease with us four days before our move in. We had lived in Avana Twenty9 for a year, but wanted to move closer to both of our jobs. Tina and Erin took it into their hands to make sure my partner and I could transfer to a different apartment at Avana Twenty9, and did the work that usually takes two months in less than a week. They go absolutely above and beyond, and we owe the staff here so so much! They truly care about each individual tenant, and they make that known in the work they do every day. Not to mention, the maintenance crew are also the most lovely people you will meet. All of our requests have been responded to in a very timely and efficient manner.

I have lived in apartment complexes around the country and I would rank Avana Twenty9 at the top. It is a nice complex hidden away but convenient to most of what you need. The staff here are friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. The curb appeal is great and they have a very nice swimming pool and exercise area. The location is not great for pedestrians which is my only negative about living here.

I seen the sign on Lawrenceville Hwy and I don’t know these apartment was down this street. When I arrived there I was very surprised ducked off in the cut. I been here for 2 years now and I love it here I really enjoy talking to entire staff. Whenever I need anything done in my apartment it’s always be on time. I recently moved in. The move in process with Tina went very smoothly . I had a few maintenance issues in my new unit. They were all addressed the very next day. Charles and Flynn handled the request in a very timely manner and had great customer service skills while doing so. Everyone involved in my move in really made me feel good about calling Avana Twenty9 home!

They had me at the aesthetics alone! I have lived in this community for 2 1/2 yrs. There has been (1) change in mgmt since I lived here but the transition has been smooth. The staff & maintenance men are wonderful & friendly! I love my apartment and the fact that you have (3) major hwys [75, 78 & 285] within minutes of this place makes it a great location. Who knew these apartments were in the cut! Very quiet area which is well appreciated.

I have had the pleasure of calling this my home for the last 17 years. It is a hidden gem of Tucker. You are close enough to everything, but tucked away to have peace and quiet. The staff is friendly and will address any issues or concerns you have with your apartment in a timely manner.

I love it here and so does my son. We enjoy the quiet community and how safe it is. I can take a walk anytime of the day or night and feel safe.

The office and maintenance staff at AvanaTwenty9 are the main reasons I stay in this aparrment community. They are always willing to help and make my life easy every chance they get. It's also very clean and quiet living.

toured 2 model units. 1 was furnished and the other wasn't. I like the one better that had the vinyl throughout. Both were nice just out of my price range. I did like the location off the beaten path but close to shopping. I office staff was very professional and encouraged me to watch the website due to the rates changing daily. If the price lowers I would definitely consider the property as home.

We toured 3 units and all 3 were nice. 2 were renovated and looked upscale. The grounds were neat and clean. The apartment community itself seemed quiet and peaceful. We received great customer service and received a lot of detailed information. We will be moving in soon!

Love what I see of the property! The tour was very simple. I find a lot of properties like to make you jump through several hoops just to take a look at units. The property manager Melvin was actually on site. Very professional. Looking forward to moving here!

My sister and I had a great experience touring the complex. The leasing office staff was incredibly helpful and more than willing and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and the community looks great.

Toured with Mrs. Tosca, I toured 2 renovated units. 1 older and 1 newer. Both nice! The community is small and homey. Rates were out of my budget but she encouraged me that the rates are subject to change. Great customer service!
