For the most part the community is great, people mind their business, most speak, it's a pet friendly community! The two bedrooms with indoor patio is a hit! Oh and it has a decent car wash area it would be great if the vacuum worked but at least I can spray my cars and leave out clean

My experience at Avana Chase has been mixed. While the community itself has potential, my move-in process was disappointing due to unresolved cosmetic issues, including water damage and mold. I was informed that repairs had been completed, but the vanity in my unit was never replaced and continues to leak, creating a persistent mildew odor. I’ve reported the issue, but it still hasn’t been fully resolved. I hope to see more attention to detail and accountability in unit maintenance going forward.

Unfortunately, my experience at Avana Chase was extremely disappointing. From move-in day, the apartment was not ready, safety concerns were ignored, and critical maintenance issues like roach infestations and ceiling leaks were left unresolved. I was charged for services such as valet trash and package delivery that were never provided, and additional fees were added without explanation. The community promotes amenities and sustainability efforts that simply do not exist. I strongly encourage future tenants to do thorough research before signing a lease. Transparency, accountability, and basic livability should be the foundation of any residential community—Avana Chase failed to deliver on all three.

Disappointing, between the roaches and out-pocket neighbors. These 2 weeks have been the worst. I've made it clear to the management that no one should have been moved into this apartment. It almost feels like that was a rushed discussion on the staff, as the initial apartment I applied for has issues with the flooring that would not have it ready by my move-in date. At first glance it was ok, but once I moved in and started doing my cleaning, you tell and see how I concluded this was not properly clean nor ready for anyone to move in it. I've documented my move-in and sent numerous emails. Yes, they have fixed some of my issues but the main issue that is still problematic as of this email is the roach infestation.

I really liked the attitude of the staff when checking in. They gave me a lot of time and helped me connect utilities, since I don't know English well and I don't know Spanish. They helped me fill out an application and choose a convenient option, taught me how to use the application. Only in Avana I found a rental option from 3 months (in other communities it is necessary to conclude a contract for a year) On the territory of the community, the staff is friendly. The apartment is clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant check-in experience.

Amenities advertised are not made available. Excuses when asked about them. Overall, Apt complex is dirty looking, trash always thrown around or ran over but rent goes up 39.5%. This area is not Buckhead/Brookhaven to be charging these prices. Non residents still able to follow people through the gates. Multiple families living on one Apt. Pool STILL not fixed and open. Trash compartment is CONSTANTLY broke and overflowing out to the driveway. Roaches still in the walls of all these buildings…and yes, have pictures of them in the building walkways and cracks of the building. Can tell painting was done by non professionals as they painting over peeling paint…??

Avana Chase is a quiet gated community with easy access to the highway and great amenities and appliances. I have lived here for three years and overall had a positive experience. If there were anything I would critique is the consistency in pest control and management of the apartment grounds. These things have improved but would like to see that continue to do so.

i was moved in with a cleaned carpet that turned black after i moved it, all they got is facade to lure you to sign the contract.

This is not a place I'd recommend to anyone looking for security or activities like picnics/volleyball or pool for anyone wanting something to do or for families. Gates NEVER work... broken same or next day they actually get them to work. No accountability and no real security.

The complex is in a great location and they really keep the grounds nice and neat. I have not had any issues with bugs or crime.

Would not recommend living here. The apartments have roaches and maintenance does not find long term solutions to issues, they provide a quick fix and you will have to call them again in a few days or weeks for the same issue.

I like living here. Its reasonably quiet and the location is very convenient to the highway. The only thing is the entrance gate is open mostly. If they can keep the gate close it would be great. Overall I like living here.

I move in 3 weeks ago, my unit was supposed to come with a laundry machine and dryer which I still haven't received and per conversations with management, it will take 1 to 2 more weeks to get here. My original move-in date was move 2 weeks because of management and somehow the apt was still not in optimal conditions including dents and punches in doors and walls. The extractor of the bathroom of the master bedroom doesn't work and still hasn't been repaired. The maintenance crew came to the apartment to look at all the broken things, didn't fixed anything left, and haven't come back. I do not have access to any of the amenities as apparent management ran out of keys for the residents so somehow I end up depending on other people opening the door for me at the laundry or gym otherwise inaccessible. I have continuously tried to talk with management and the answer always is we will fix it tomorrow or in a week or a month but nothing has been fixed.

I personally wouldnt suggest these apartments to anyone I know. They are so unorganized. I get emails for maintenance issues that were never checked on. Theyre maintenance staff is very lazy. When someone does come and check thats all they do is a small walk through and never come back. Ive literally been asking for someone to come and fix my apartment since the beginning of the year and nothing has changed besides one visit for a walk through and than nothing ever again. Honestly if it was up to me, I wouldve moved out in March. However, my boyfriend paid up rent til the end of our lease and than his job changed caused us to have to extend our at the last minute. So, we extended. Were just hoping they come and fix the problems so, we will want to transfer our lease to another Greystar property when we move verses breaking our lease or just finishing it and not signing another extension and moving on to the next complex.
