Great location. Convenient to all major highways. Access to the lake is a 10 min walk, the CAC is just down the street. Maintenance staff are great. I guess hearing from the office staff is a good thing, but not much in activities from them, but we create are own.

Need elevators. Badly. Old narrow stairs lead to very difficult move-in. Gates propped open all around the community. Unit is nice, quiet at night.

Would not recommend. Trash and debris is prevalent. The units are not well insulated. I can hear my neighbor coughing next door. The pool water felt slimy.

Maintenance team is great. Hard to believe summer is basically over and really nothing from the office about planned events. Still have problems with owners not picking up after their dogs. Asked about planting grass or something in front of our patio, we received no response. Overall location is great and enjoy the many great amenities that come with it.

Well upon moving in, I had told the front office about how my carpets smelt of urine. They still have done nothing about it, so I have to do it myself. My downstairs neighbors have a bunch of junk on their balcony, I don’t know how that’s even allowed it looks very trashy.

We have been here over a year and it's been awesome! Great place have had no issues or concerns. Lots of things to do. Only issue is people do not stop at any stop sign and they speed through the residential area. That's the only concern but that is not on the Complex. That's on the city of Flowermound

We rented our apartment just 2 months ago. Our family of five. We are happy here together. Big flat with all we need. My children have their separate rooms. The area is so good. Very comfortable for us: for walking with children. My son likes gym in this community

Great community, Great neighbors, great for pets. Plenty of resturanys within walking distance. I really like the big gym. Most importantly maintence is spot on!

I’m in love with the direction my beautiful neighborhood is heading. Walks with the family. Great pizza. Great boutiques. And wonderful restaurants. Been here 4 years and is not planning on leaving anytime soon.

It’s been super great living here, the staff is amazing and responsive so is maintenance. The area is extremely convenient. We’re considering re signing our lease because we’re so comfortable and accommodating here.

The front office staff is awesome and amazing! They are attentive to the residents needs and maintenance request are completely quickly. I would recommend this property any day of the week. The community is quite and dog friendly.

I have been here for 4 years and love it! This is the longest I have ever lived in an apartment without moving out. I am lucky to have great neighbors who watch out for everyone. I love being close to everything!! The management team is wonderful and I can’t give enough kudos to the maintenance team!

Very nice apartment community. It 's like a mini town that you see in movies. I do love that aspect of it. Maintenance is pretty on point. Most things get addressed within 24 hours or less. Parking situation isn't ideal since there isn't any assigned parking unless you pay for it. Even then, there aren't enough parking spots to rent near your building. There's definitely a parking space deficit. Landscaping is okay. They clean up really well the Main Street but the side streets aren't as thorough. Forget about having a clean car past a day or two. Since there are multiple managing companies, each has a different landscaping schedule. Therefore, one way or the other your car will get covered in dust and debris from the blowers. The landscaping company doesn't pick up dog waste either. It just gets ran over by the mower, stepped on, and dragged/smeared. People are pretty nice in general. The community is pretty clean.

I love this community. Especially as winter fades and all the greenery is coming back to life. It's so beautiful to see everything transition. I love taking walks on lovely days and keeping my patio door open for fresh air. So excited for my first spring/summer here.
