I feel that Everly Darien has gotten better and better since moving in in Feb, 2024...obviously when I move here it was Avalon. You have improved the property...it looks so much better, the landscaping, the buildings, the wonderful dog park and its maintence. The maintence crew are right on any issues and it is a pleasure living here.

I have been happily living at Everly Darien for 8 years now. I like everything about this place. The Sales and Maintenance Staff are wonderful. The complex is lovely. The landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. They continually make improvements. For instance, they put in a dog park this year; they are power washing all the buildings to look their best; they are putting in even more shrubbery and pretty flowers; they are defining specific areas by placing stones around them for a very polished look. The apartments are great. Light, roomy and well laid out. I'm a very happy resident of Everly Darien!
We have lived at Everly twice now over the last 20 years. We have loved it both times. So easy, so convenient, and worry free. We teall everyone we meet: "Move to Everly!"

Old community - overpriced rent. Aloof staff and maintenance team. Unreasonable rent increases for long term residents. Noisy neighbors due to old building structures and lack of management discipline.

Great maintenance crew, fast and efficient. Very nice pool and gym. Apartments have thin walls and appliances are pretty low end. Everly seems better than Avalon.

I have found the residence here to be really nice friends. Most of them have moved out and moved on since I’ve been here so long, but I still maintain very good friendships with Carol and Roy who are very close to my apartment. It’s very hard to meet people. I have been hurt to fall and mainly stay in my apartment, but I love it here and love the neighbors

It’s a great place to live. Great amenities and very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Easy for a commuter like myself. The units are filled with brand new appliances. Very dog friendly for the animal lover.

My husband and I moved to Avalon Darien seven and a half years ago. We are very happy with our apartment units, the buildings and the grounds of the complex. We took many enjoyable walks around the complex. The administrative staff has always been great. While there have been some staff changes, the maintenance staff has not changed. Felix and Raul are the absolute best. They are always attentive to whatever we need, and always know how to fix things! The change of ownership to Everly Darien has been equally pleasant and I look forward to working with them and enjoying my time here at Everly Darien.

The community is great, managment and maintenance are also fantastic. A couple of downs: The trash is a pain.. have to drive the trash to the composter which is causes spills in the trunk of the car and is also unsanitary. Whish there were a better solution for it. Some of the appliances in the apartment are not great. The washer dryer and dishwasher could definitely improve for the cost of the rentals.

I honestly don’t think you have had enough time but I think the appearance of the property and I feel it looks unkept. Leaves all over, dead grass, all the front doors should be power washed!! Trees and bushes trimmed Perhaps that will be completed starting today. I love the decorations at the front door!! ??

I have been a resident at Avalon Darien since October of 2018. The buildings are constructed cheaply and are infested with bugs (earwigs). Avalon Darien can't get rid of these bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE. ALL OF YOIUR BELONGINGS WILL BE INFESTED>
