Avalon Castle Hills

Moved in almost a year ago and so far the experience has been great! As it was my first time renting an apartment ever, I was worried a lot, but all of the staff have been quick to address any maintenance issues (plumbing, ac, etc) or concerns in a timely manner. Tania helped figure out the lease, and the multiple people from maintenance have been very kind and good. The location is convenient as it’s next to 121 and you can use the tollway straight away to wherever you need to go, like Plano, The Colony, Frisco, or Carrollton. There is also a gas station nearby. The pool and gym are modern and aesthetic. It is a little more expensive than some other places but you get what you pay for and it has been worth it! I would highly recommend!

I've lived here for 7 months and its been a consistently excellent experience. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and inviting. Every guest that visits is impressed. The staff treat residents very well and obviously take pride in the property.

Staff is amazing! Maintenance is quick and friendly! Definitely recommend moving in- I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I love this Apartment! Every amenities are super clean and very useful. Big and nice pool, clean and nice gym and everything is perfect! And unit is very huge and clean. You won't regret about live these apartments!

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and it’s been amazing. The amenities are phenomenal especially the gym. Staff is always friendly and they do a great job maintaining the property clean. Definitely recommend living here especially if you have pets

I must say I have never lived in a complex where the entire staff is great. I have often stopped someone in the office either going to lunch or going home and they have still stopped to answer or listen to me. (I know I'm the worst with timing) Maintenance is just as amazing. The one time I have needed them to come out they were so quick. Even when they are driving around in their golf carts they stop and wave. I am blown away on the staff here.

Had to find a nice palce FAST! This entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!! Property is beautiful!! Nice and quite place to live. I have been here just two months, and all me expectaions have been exceeded. And the garage fits my full size quad cab truck with room to spare!!!!

I have been living here since May and I have had an amazing experience so far. Leasing was super easy and Brian was great! I’ve only had to call maintenance 1 time and they came within 2 hours and had to bring me a new fielding fan and that was also done same day and I was followed up with to make sure I was satisfied. They also do preventative maintenances and check your fire alarms and change a/c filters for you to make sure a/c works great in this heat! No issues with neighbors either. Definitely recommend moving here.

Marisol and Brian are amazing to work with and keep up with residents/requests regularly. We are grateful everyday for choosing this apartment complex; beautiful, quiet, and respectable area! Nothing but amazing treatment from staff as well.

I moved into these apartments in May 2021. And in just a few months the property has made several improvements and renovations around the property. Greta complex, great management.

I love living here. Brian, Gabby, and everyone else at this complex has been nothing but great. They are very attentive and I have had zero issues since moving here. Def feels like a resort living here.

I have been here a month and just yes! I would drive pass this complex going to work everyday and decided to stop in. Not only was I amazed to see the apartments were exactly like the pictures, but the customer service was great as well. Kayla knew all about the area. I felt so welcomed.

Loveeeee it here! We are in our own little area. Nice and quiet. The neighbors, office staff, and maintenance have been the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

I have lived at Lakeway for about a year and a half. I love this community. The management is amazing, they are the nicest people. They really care about the people that live here! The property is beautiful & always well maintained! I would 10/10 recommend living here!

I have friends that live here and am over often. Love this community. I have tried moving here but do not have the floor plan I need. The pool is gorgeous and the complex is off the beaten path but still close to things. The office staff is amazing. I do look forward to moving here soon.

The maintenance staff is super helpful and very friendly.When my air-conditioning stopped working on a holiday weekend, it was fixed within the hour. He never complained about having to get up on the roof in the very hot weather and having to come out to the property even though it was a holiday. All of my maintenance issues are usually taken care of very quickly and very well.

This apartment complex is excellent! We have awesome amenities from a large swimming pool, a spacious club house, and an exercising room. Additionally, when you have a maintenance issue, they address it in a timely manner. Lastly, the staff are extremely professional. I feel heard and comfortable in my home. In summary, if you are thinking about making a move, come on out to Lakeway Castle Hills!
