Great apartments

I have lived here for over 2 years and it has been all the best. I love this place and the management, very nice people.

Terrible Apartment, don't rent this place

I moved here May-2020 and already facing so many issues. First,they have a parking issue, they don't have enough space and now we are struck to where to park our second car after signing the lease. The management doesn't care, they just they cannot provide 2nd car parking, sorry for inconvenience. They didn't told us about thing before signing the lease . They have broken closet in kitchen and appliance, and maintenance takes week to repair. Place is very noisy, old molded place. Rent is less, so don't fall for it, you get what you pay. That's all

Worst Place To Live

Worst Place To Live!!!! Do NOT move here! The management is horrible and completely unprofessional! They tell you to let them know any time there is a problem or noise complaint, etc but when you do you will be treated like you are the problem instead, given an extreme hassle for it, told that you are the only one who complains and then told that there is nothing they can do about it. Each tenant gets one assigned space and NO MORE unless you pay and there is NO GUEST PARKING. I had one of my neighbors tell me that someone keeps parking in her reserved parking spot, and when she complained to the management about it she later found key scratch marks all around her vehicle and the same people kept parking in her spot anyway. She said that she was afraid to complain anymore because management does nothing and then the neighbors who were bullying her out of her parking spot put scrape marks all around her vehicle and kept parking there anyway. There is all kinds of noise here and management does nothing about it, yet if you complain, as they tell you to do, they interrogate you, tell you that you are the only one complaining and that it is an apartment complex and you are going to hear some noise. Nevermind that people are blasting their music at top volume so the whole complex can hear it, regardless of day or night. People let their kids run wild, yelling and screaming everywhere and when you give them the proof they need, management tells you there is nothing they can do about it. Also, when I moved in I was given an extremely dirty apartment but I guess they thought it was permissible since they proceeded to tell me everything wrong with the place first and basically letting me know I would just have to deal with it and the other issues they should have taken care of before I moved in. The gardener was made their maintenance person because they couldn't find one and two months later was made the maintenance MANAGER because they couldn't find a real maintenance manager to hire? This place is ridiculously run.
