Property Ratings at Austin Bluff
They are very affordable. Also they are in a nice and quiet area. Only 2 problems I have are only being allowed one guest parking pass and the dog breeds they don’t allow. I have a big family and nobody has really came yet cause of the parking policy. Also I’ll purchasing two Rottweiler puppies soon and that’s a breed they currently have restricted. I’ll call the office about that but other than that these apartments are perfect.

I live in the Austin Bluffs Apartments, really nice place to live, the apartment ground are kept clean, lots of trees and grass, really nice pool area and the water is always crystal clear, staff people are professional and courteous, rent is reasonable, the only draw back is parking, not enough close parking, you have to pay for a stall or garage to guaranty close parking.
My wife and I moved in here right after getting married and couldn't be happier. We are going on our third year and love it. The staff are friendly and quick to fix any problems. The area is quite and not alot of kids running all around. We have not had any issues with crime and have not noticed much activity of the sort around us. The pool is a good size and ner too crowded. There is even a little gym and laundry area. We gym has everything you need to get jn shape. We have not used the laundry rooms but they are available if needed. Overall we are very happy to have found this complex and will continue to stay until we purchase a house.
