Great place to live! Amenities are nice and always clean. The place is always super safe and the doors lock at night, which is super nice, especially being close to the red line. They always stick to the rules, sometimes a little too much. I once had 3 friends over and we were hanging out upstairs, we were the only people up there, and I was sent a warning notice since the limit is "2 guests". I would understand if it was crowded or if we were being a disturbance but that wasn't the case. Other than this occurrence living here as been super nice.

The building is quite nice. The amenities are great. The apartment seems well made. The front desk staff, leasing staff, and maintenance staff are all excellent. The apartment I moved into could have been spruced up a bit more before I moved in and had a few issues, but when I voiced my complaints to the leasing staff, they were incredibly understanding and sent very friendly maintenance staff to address as many issues as they could. I'm quite pleased with the outcome and my apartment and would feel confident recommending this apartment to others.

Living here is great! Most all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighbors aren't noisy which is excellent and the amenities are top of the line. My only thing is that there isn't enough work zones. The same guy hogs the only one on 1st floor everyday, I'm sure he gets down there at 4:30am or sometime super early and never lets anyone else ever use it. If you could add more rooms or limit the amount of times per week you are able to use that room per resident that would be amazing!

This is our first home in Chicago. When we first moved in, the apartment itself and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The management company has changed since, and the dynamic is much more hands off, impersonal and unhelpful. Though, certain staff remain and are still wonderful.

For raising rent $300 a month it should be better. Front desk staff always missing, leaving orders to be stolen downstairs. Treats never refilled in lobby. All events are cheap and disgusting and low supply. Machines always broken. Maintence soiling all furniture

The people have been so nice and the building is beautiful! It’s also really nice to have personal package concierge, not needing to ask someone else to get your packages has been so convenient.
Just moved in -- staff has been so lovely and helpful. Noise level is a concern -- can be a bit loud - even during the day. Great amenities. Have not used maintenance yet.

The community is very nice! What a lobby! Boy is it a site to see! The staff is extremely friendly and is very clean. So far a nice place to reside.

Apartment was delivered really nice and the leasing team was a pleasure to work with. My one complaint was the my outdoor space was not properly cleaned. The outdoor floor was very dirty with rust stains and dirt. Should have been power washed prior to my arrival

Move in day was seamless, everything was ready to go, no major issues. So far we have been at the Aurelien for about 3 days and we love it! Gym is complete, pool area is great, ammenities are amazing.

This building is pure perfection. It was love at first sight. From the top floor roof deck to the first floor library, everything is flawless. Highly recommend.

Pretty good move in experience. Did have some hiccups with expecting my unit to have hardwood when it does have carpet so that was a big bummer. Also washer is not working and shower is leaking. Would love to get a pamphlet on all the amenities and how to use key/ fob and then where the amenities are cuz I didn’t know any of this stuff! Or where to get packages/ mail, how to lock/ unlock my door, etc. would be nice to give a thorough walk through on paper to new tenants!
Great amenities and unit floor plans. Really enjoyed the entire move in process, the team was super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Wish there was more parking available for residents.
