Love the building. Could be a cleaner in stairwells and doors as I take the stairs all the time. It’s better now but for first 8 months living here was bad. Sometimes neglection on hot tubs not working. Also for a long time Tv weren’t working. Anthony is awesome so helpful and always puts in requests for us. He goes above and beyond. Staff is really nice. Overall we really like the building, very annoying though the cars racing at night. Have to wear earplugs in middle of the night. Also not happy that 6 months ago some idiot broke my mirror off my car in parking garage.

Aura Watermark has modern conveniences that I’m thankful and grateful for including multiple options to dispose trash and mail pickup all by text or email. The parking is private and covered in its own garage and the location is awesome. The staff is awesome and really do go out their way to answer and fix any issues, problems or concerns which is also greatly appreciated.

Aura is a great place with excellent location and amenities. The view is beautiful. I wouldn't classify it as a bad place to live just because of some small setbacks that have arisen in the apartment. These are just details that prevent you from fully enjoying all the good things that the community has to offer.

Aura is a beautiful apartment complex with many great amenities. The location is very convenient, with great businesses and the lake within walking distance. It is a lovely place for an older college student because campus is across the lake but the apartment has a wholesome, mature atmosphere compared to the other apartments across the lake. Staff members are friendly, getting mail is easy, security is great. Lovely views, lovely neighbors and a well-kept environment. Highly recommend living here.

I'm disappointed to hear that your experience at Aura Watermark wasn't a positive one. I'll speak with the team about what we can do better next time.
The location is really nice and it’s well kept up on the outside and inside. The gym and pools hot tubs are nice amenities. Leasing office staff are generally nice and the maintenance people are great! However, with how expensive it gets with all the fees (pets, parking, etc.) it is not worth it here in my opinion. It’s a nice apartment complex and I particularly haven’t had any real problems but I do not think it’s worth it to live here besides the location.

Besides a person getting shot and killed inside the parking lot, cars get broken into regularly. Clearly this has been an ongoing issue since the building opened it's doors if you look at prior reviews. Mind you this building is relatively new. 4/5 residents I've spoken with have had some sort of break-in occur on this property, theft is an issue that has yet to be addressed. I had my car wiped clean parked at my designated parking spot INSIDE the gated parking lot. The worst part is management does the bare minimum to address this serious issue. After I filed a police report, I spent all day looking for the property manager, one of the ladies working at the front office had the audacity to say "crime has no address." When I finally found the property manager she said "I have no time to speak about this." I have been losing sleep and been extremely paranoid since this issue happened 3 days ago. The way management has handled this issue is very disrespectful and unprofessional. If you value your peace of mind I strongly recommend to stay away from this Aura Watermark.

This apt complex if a great place to live on paper but living here is awful from safety features and not able to sleep a full night. The complex will not help improve these issues.

I barely moved in last week, and was pretty disappointed with my move in experience. My parking spot was parked in. The closet door was broken. The fridge was not getting cooled, which caused food to go bad. The dryer power was disconnected. Internet box was connected. I understand this is a new apartment that no one has lived in and that you are in lease up but, the experience was not great upon moving in. Management has remedied all of the situations thus far so I will give credit for that. I appreciate the swift response, and look forward to my experience being smooth sailing here on out.

my bf and i moved in here thinking it would be a fun first step in our life but it has been the exact opposite. this place feels so unsafe now, my car parked in a gated parking lot should not be getting its windows broken. there is too much partying taking place in these tiny apartments that i dont even understand how this apartment complex isnt infested with covid-19 yet. trash is constantly everywhere i think aura watermark feels more like a a giant frat than a professional apartment complex

Aura Watermark has the quality of a high-end resort in California but with Arizona prices!
Aura Watermark is a beautiful place to live and offers amazing amenities. The leasing/managing staffs are wonderful and listen to residents concerns. They always do their best to solve issues and do what they can to make the community better for all residents as a whole. Move in was very simple and easy. Great location, and great price in comparison to surrounding apartments.
