I love this place. The design and the amenities are fantastic. The pool the workout room are really well designed. The WFH co-working space is also really dope. However you do have to pay for the printer :(

Great amenities, good people, safe environment. It is new and in a great location with fantastic food and restaurants nightlife nearby on Atlantic Avenue. Also close to beach and 95 for easy commutes.

Management is really helpful (Nicole is awesome). The community is really friendly, clean, and lively. Moving to Aura was a good choice, happy to be here.
Amazing amenities, walk in shower/ bathtub combo is the best design in any luxury apartment I've ever seen. Weekly Food trucks & resident activities as well. Management is prompt on handling maintenance requests as well.

My family and I love living here. To the neighbors and the front office are great. Having everything around is super nice too. Gonna be staying here for awhile for sure
It’s ok to live here. They try to keep it nice. Parking is not that great and hallways could be cleaner. Food trucks are cool. Not to many kids live here. Wish there was a jacuzzi and better park for the kids

Love everything so far no issues! When maintenance is requested they come same day and everyone in office is so helpful! All amenities are upkept very well , leasing office and buildings are always being cleaned !

Aura is a beautiful complex. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, minutes from downtown/beach. Gym is also pretty nice but I wish they had more equipment.

everyone is super kind and helpful! i really appreciate how Cindy and Nicole are so accommodating. the move in was incredibly smooth. down to FPL and internet. they streamline the entire process.
Lots of problems. Takes them weeks sometimes months to fully correct problems. Had problem with alarm system for weeks. Staff sympathetic. Clubhouse was closed for a period of time.

It’s a beautiful neighborhood but things break down too easily. The doors slam so violently I got my finger caught once (luckily I didn’t lose it, but close!) The dryer broke a week ago and It’s still not fixed. Getting mail in the parcel room is a nightmare. The walls are so thin you can hear everything on the top floor and adjacent apartments. Thankfully the staff are all very attentive and try their best to keep up with all this madness.

Love the new apartments and incredible amenities. My favorite has got to be the gym! It’s honestly like a mini La fitness and I don’t see the need for a membership anymore

Beautiful building but lacks functionality. Cheap building materials. Gate is always broken, homeless people found in various common spaces. Hallway doors slam shut and echo loudly. Appliances are top of the line but microwave constantly shorts out. People constantly leave their garbage out 24/7. Staff is friendly.

Everyone is super nice and the pool and gym are amazing. We are from miles away and have felt so welcomed moving in to this complex. With coming home late parking is usually worrisome with other complexes. Not this one.

Everything is good! Only complaint is there is bug problem. Hate to complain since the neighborhood is so beautiful! It would be perfect if that situation is fixed.

Gates need to be fixed. There have been multiple homeless that just walk in and one was sleeping in the elevator. Pool needs to be heated because it is unusable for like 3.5 months. Construction crew did a poor job in some areas of the apartment. Never got our fire pits we were promised. Never got the tvs in the cabanas that we were promised. Good notes: the gym is amazing, the pool area is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the office space is beautiful, Nichole, Lee and the rest of the staff are awesome!!

Gates don’t work and this frustrates us. Homeless ppl have come in and we feel less safe here, although nothing bad has happened… yet. We also wish there was a pool heater because the first couple months of living here the pool was so so cold. So, if you want a heated pool or hot tub don’t move here. We don’t have either. If these things get changed we will consider resigning our lease, but as of now… we won’t be. Pros: nice gym & working space. Apartments have a beautiful modern look to them.
