Situated about 14 miles east of Boulder, Erie is an upscale suburb boasting sweeping views of the Front Range Mountains as well as close proximity to Denver and Fort Collins.

Property Ratings at Aura Colliers Hill
Really noisy- you can hear everything upstairs, doors slam shut automatically and shake the walls, and some people use their garages as a repair shop aka rev their loud motorcycles in the garage.
We absolutely Love the experience, Love that they have multiple EV Charging on site. The only thing I would recommend is 2 have a small car wash area, or even just air vacuum pumps ?? Other than that, thank you for having us here ??

Everyone is so friendly. So many amenities to use. Everyone will in the office is so helpful. Feels like home. Pet friendly which in Colorado is a thing for trails and hikes. Fantastic walking paths all around nearby couldn’t ask for much more in this great community.

Living in Colliers Hill is disappointing, looks great in the pictures but the reality is somewhat different, Paper thin walls and noisy neighbors barking dogs and hidden fees eg you pay for electricity in communal areas The noisy neighbors were so bad that finally we got to get out of the lease early as the management couldn’t do anything apparently. When we finally left they withheld most of the deposit for the CREAM carpet not a good color. Called in to speak to the manager who would not return my call despite in other reviews saying call me to discuss ! Not sure the building is up to code. Exterior downpipes spews water across the parking lot which freezes causing people to slip and fall. Don't expect your deposit back

We take concerns like yours seriously, especially those involving noise, maintenance, and safety issues. We regret if there was any conf usion on regards to the shared electricity. The details of the expense are notated on our information sheet at the time of tours and in the utility addendum of the lease. We understand how frustrating it must have been dealing with noise disturbances and the condition of shared spaces. While we strive to address all resident concerns promptly, I apologize that our attempts were unsuccessful with your neighbor. While we understand the accommodation to your move-out date cannot offset the experience, we hope it exemplified our passion to provide exceptional customer service. Regarding your deposit and carpet concerns, we aim to be transparent and fair with all move-out charges, but we understand this can be a sensitive issue. If you believe your charges were in error, we welcome the opportunity to review them again, but as stated we complete this process in writing. All move-out statements are provided to past residents with a breakdown of charges, images to support those charges, and applicable invoicing documentation. As for the maintenance concerns, including the water drainage issue you mentioned, we will escalate this with our facilities team to for further review. We also regret that you did not receive a return call from management, we apologize for any misunderstanding caused by a return email instead to ensure any move-out charge disputes were properly recorded in writing. I have had a very positive resident experience. I enjoy the other people in the neighborhood and find everyone to be very kind. I wish there were more room at the pool and more equipment at the gym, but I do enjoy the aesthetic and the cleanliness.

We enjoy living here. Our only complaint is that the trash around the buildings and spills of drinks and food inside the buildings is embarrassing when you have friends visiting.

Nice apartment, lovely grounds, quiet trails with a view, and great amenities! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The gym has everything you could possibly need, the pool is fantastic (and year round), and the community is very dog friendly!

It has been great so far had some trouble with my fridge but it got fixed. Would like the hot tub to be open later than 8. But overall it’s been a good experience
This process was very overwhelming because I have been looking at several apartments. The crazy thing is I wasn't even going to consider this apartment not even knowing why but it wasn't listed on my list until one day we said let's just try again and look at a few more apartments and we added this one in. Instantly everything they had said to us we were okay with and it was exactly what we were looking for. Mark and Nancy were a big help through this whole thing we had a million and one questions and they were so sweet to have answered every single one and I just love how well the communication is and I don't have to wait forever for a response.

This place is perfect. love it here. Only thing is The people above are so so loud all day everyday! It comes with apartments but it’s late at night. Maintenance comes the exact day you submit a request.

Overall this has been a fantastic place to live. The fact that they allow big dogs is a plus. The grounds are well kept . The apartments are clean and modern . Maintenance is top notch , friendly and responsive.The shared spaces are always clean. The staff is amazing helpful and friendly and they know you by name which is no easy feat considering there are a lot of people here. My only complaint is the concierge garbage system. People leave we leaky , stinky garbage out that stains the floors and it looks awful.

I still enjoy all of the amenities and beautiful features that drew me here. However, after a few months I realized, on those days when the air is overwhelmed with methane, it’s not cattle, we are too close to the landfill. It’s not just extremely unpleasant to experience, it can’t be safe and healthy to breathe so much methane. I won’t be renewing my lease. And if I had known of this situation, I would never have moved here.

So far so good. Good clean safe. Sometimes the cars drive too fast through here which can be scary having children but otherwise not too bad

These are the best apartments. Look no further! But these are really nice so don't look here if you plan to trash the place, because I'd like to live here as long as possible and contribute to it being a nice place.

I love how kind and accommodating the staff are here, they are very approachable and I feel comfortable going to them about anything. The place is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. If anything is broken or needs to be fixed, maintenance is very easy to contact and come in a timely manner. The staff is also very respectful and you never feel judged. I’ll be staying here a long time!

Management team is great, helpful and responsive. Gym and pool facilities are nice. Parking is an issue, unless you pay additional fees for a carport or garage.

So far everything has been pretty great! There have been a few times where the coffee machine has been messed up (wouldn’t give black coffee just hot water, or didn’t have mocha, etc) but that was fixed pretty quickly. Parking can be a little crowded and hard to find at night but we’ve had worse. Overall, everything else has been great! Great amenities and we love our apartment itself!

Our experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. The amenities are top-notch, the neighbors are incredibly kind and respectful, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and meets all our expectations for a two-bedroom home. We couldn’t be happier with our choice :)

This place feels like an oasis! It’s so quiet and peaceful- easy to immediately feel at home. The overwhelming task of moving was made incredibly simple with the dashboard. Loved all the welcome notes and friendly staff.

Love living here. It's a bit expensive yet I really like the amenities. The pool is open year round and the gym is really nice. I don't like the trash service as I still don't think they are worth the $25/ month. Especially since they don't pick up recycling and it's only 4 nights a week pickup. Other than that, this is a great place to settle for a bit.

My family and I moved in a little over a month ago. The application/leasing process was a breeze. Most importantly, Mark and Nancy are very personable and friendly and remember all the residents names! My kids enjoy the pool and the gym is immaculate!

My resident experience has been nice. It is a very friendly community. They keep the atmosphere and overall environment clean, valet trash pickup is a plus. And the office managers are nice and understanding.
