Audubon Parc is a 10 out of 10 for a home. Lived here going on 5 years- it’s a quiet, well maintained established place to live. Surrounded by nature yet close to amenities. It’s people and pet friendly. I know my neighbors and their dogs by name and they know mine. Maintenance is top notch- never have to wait to get this fixed and someone is always on call for emergencies- I had a plumbing problem after hours and they were there within the hour. Minor wear and tear issues were handled within the day too. Couldn’t be more happy!!

The apartments are nice and spacious, but just minor issues due to how old they are like mold, cracks, spiders, and water bugs.

Yes, Aubonpark is in a great location with shopping hospitals and schools. It’s not a normal building but they take excellent care and fixing anything on your apartment. The maintenance guys are terrific Elsa the secretary she’s terrific and we also have a lake in the area you can walk around again excellent location I love living here thank you.

The community is safe, clean, and well maintained. The tenants are friendly, and we all get along well together. There are plenty of places to wine, dine, and shop nearby. This community has everything a family could need. We hope to be here another 12 years.

Decent price and a great location in the Cary area. Close to many shopping centers and NC State campus. Application process is a bit tedious and the resident portal could use some enhancements, but the amenities and property management make up for it. Favorite feature is the proximity to Lake Lochmere. There's a beautiful trail there, great for jogging or walking a pet.

I really wish my experience here was better. My interactions with the staff have been great and the location of this place is also great. However, when I signed the lease my signature was the only one on it but I am not the only one living here. Roaches and mice have since accompanied me in sharing this space. I didn’t know I was a charity for small pests. The roaches have actually been tackled pretty well by the pest guy (from another company that probably has a contract with the apartments) that isn’t even a member of the Audubon Parc staff. With the mice problem though, it seems like they aren’t considered pests because the maintenance team has gone so far as to cancel my request to do something about it. Times are hard enough that I don’t want to tell my boss that mice ate my homework.

Yes, I’ve been at Aubonpark for about four years. I love the location of my I love my apartment where it’s located at it’s convenient to shopping areas and walk-in trails and we have very friendly neighbors since I’ve been here. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family thank you.

I must candidly share that my experience at Audubon Parc has become less than satisfactory under the current management. Potential residents should be aware of inconsistencies in the application process and be prepared for the possibility that community amenities, like the pool, may not be promptly available. The pool, for instance, did not open until it was nearly fall last year due to repair attempts during the summer, despite being non-operational since January. These issues have significantly influenced my perception of the property and, regrettably, lead me to advise friends and colleagues to consider these points thoroughly in their housing search. My time at Audubon Parc under the previous management was favorable, as was the experience of my neighbors, who have also noted the decline. We enjoyed a strong sense of community and an attentiveness to residents' needs that is sadly no longer apparent. The current management has introduced a downturn in the quality of the resident experience. The present manager's demeanor is often condescending, and his treatment of residents can feel dismissive, which undermines the sense of community we once valued. Furthermore, there have been times when both myself and others have been plainly ignored in the office, highlighting a breakdown in proper resident-management communication. It is with these considerations in mind that I share my experience, urging potential residents to weigh these points carefully when evaluating Audubon Parc as their potential new home.

It has nice exposure to a lake, but the community pool availability isn't so great as well as the gym. Pretty close to Koka Booth for all major events.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone because the floors creak even when a tenant is trying to be quiet. I have had my sleep disturbed almost nightly. Also,when the toilet is flushed from above, the water makes a loud noise as it passes though my apartment. The location and community are good.

The maintenance team has been so friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to make sure things are in tip-top shape.

The location is very good. Close to shopping. The apartment leaves much to be desired. It is very tired.There are paint stains on the floor and the paint in other areas is peeling. The floorboards creak, so every step above can be heard even when the resident tries to be quiet. The previous resident living above paced his apartment generally beginning at 11 PM and lasting a few hours. Management said they could do nothing even though I was only asking for quiet during sleep hours. They said they would improve the floors when that tenant moved, but if they did (which I doubt), the bedroom floorboards still creak enough to wake me up every morning usually earlier than 5am. Still, it is an improvement from being awakened every night by a pacer. I can tell that the new resident is trying to be quiet that early in the morning, but the floorboards still creak enough to wake me up. When the toilet above is flushed, a loud gushing noise passes through my apartment. I want to like this place. The location is the only thing that I can be positive about.

The office staff and maintenance personnel are professional, courteous, and friendly and respond in a timely manner to all service requests. The community is very well maintained. There are numerous stores, shops, and restaurants are nearby. These are the main reasons I have resided here for ten years.

Excellent, receptive staff which is responsive to the renter. Location near to all major needs yet the site is lovely.

The front office do an excellent job adhering to your needs and the maintenance people are excellent on time and polite they also are excellent and repairing any repairs that I might have

Audubon Parc is a lovely apartment home community. Apartments have nice views of mature trees and landscaped gardens. I especially love the mile long paved path that goes down to the dog park and around Loch Lamond Lake which has swans, ducks, turtles etc. It is also only a mile from Hemlock Bluffs nature center! The pool and outdoor grill station are very nice amenities. Office staff are responsive and resolve any concerns quickly. Maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Neighbors are very friendly. The insulation between apartments is very good so that I rarely hear my neighbors. I enjoy the valet trash pickups too. Overall, a great place to call home!

Once upon a noonday dreary, while I drove, all weak and weary, Searching for abode in Cary, feeling lost and really wary, Suddenly I called out "Hark!" at the sight of Audubon Parc, Set back among the southern trees, yet close to all the stores that please. I went rapping on the office door, gently tapping to implore, "I want this and nothing more." As I viewed the living spaces, walking rooms with many paces, Modern bath and lovely bedroom, carpets new and ample headroom, Kitchen gleaming and full of frills, it all seemed like the best of deals. And then I saw, for goodness sake, the balcony above a lake. I felt my heart at once restore, so please recall I said before: "I want this and nothing more." Extras were scattered all around: a pool and gym and kids' playground, A place where doggies exercise; a wi-fi lounge proved a surprise. I'll add another advantage: the management sure can manage. Audubon Parc ends the debate: apartment living can be great. Giving me all I had searched for: neighbors and friends and cheer galore. Fear apartments? Nevermore.
